Honestly I appreciate how short this is, relatively speaking. It's sweet and oddly comforting. I think I get what you're going for with the Send/Sent thing, but I'm a bit fuzzy on it. Overall I really liked this. Confident +1

I think it's meant to reference that an XK-Class scenario has occurred and this is the Foundation sending out the transmission to comfort the populace before whatever shit is going down goes down.

Sorry just had to edit this because I haven't stopped thinking about this one. I love the simplicity of this article, because it doesn't need anything else because it knows what it's doing. When I finished the article and hit send (which is a brilliant inclusion), I just sat there listening to the music end. I certainly cried. Still very glad this was my first read for 6kcon

This was beautiful. I started the song, began to read, and then pressed "Send" right as the music finished. Listening to it and reading the logs brought me back to my childhood when I would sit with my family on Christmas and watch the ending of "It's A Wonderful Life" where all the family and friends were together and everything worked out in the end. This brought a genuine tear to my eye.

This reminds me of Lily's Proposal in the best way possible. Its brevity works really well, and this is going to be one of the frontrunners to win in my mind.

Often times I've found myself wracked with the thought of "everyone sucks, I hate it here, everyone is an asshole", all of those pessimistic woes that trip people up and drag them down a path of hate. But its in times like that I often assure myself "Humanity's nature is to be empathetic"

How you drove that home escapes words, but its powerful and left me self-reflecting. The music and the ambiance of the audio alone elevates it to a new level.

there is a part of me that is genuinely emotionally hit by this. i don't have a connection to nearer my god to thee but the idea of finding a way to surpass our human fears and have the conversations we need to have is…really important to me right now.

still, i feel like some of that is distinctly projected onto this article by my own head. i'm kind of a stickler for newness in SCPs these days and the structure, pitch, and emotional arc of this article is super similar to Lily's Proposal to a point where i, on a personal level, can't get past it. my apologies for that. neutral vote.
