It's been so long since I started this. I wanted to give a massive thank you to: Doctor Fullham,
MalyceGraves,
cybersqyd,
Grigori Karpin,
lleapinllamas,
Rowan_Oathsworn,
quickestsilver, and both
Tanhony and
DarnellJermaine of Discovering SCP. These people were critical to this piece becoming what it is now. I don't think I could have made this without all of their help.
I think this functions really well in a world where 5031 is currently so popular, since you go through most of this piece thinking it will be similarly heartwarming, only to have the rug pulled out.
A very smart, nonlinear, and human story. We watch a sympathetic, lonely character become an angry misanthrope, before that anger eventually crystallizes into a credible threat of mass violence. This is an uncomfortable but insightful commentary on online radicalization, in addition to just being a really solid monster story.

Liked it a lot, you set up the mystery pretty well and the main anomaly is well defined. The characters were good however I feel like rotating between interviews in different times (i.e before 109 and after) so casually can be annoying at times.
Last thing I got, it's pretty niche but I feel like an SCP that was able to sink an entire site, is communicating with some very powerful entity, is extremely smart, and has a lot of presence from high authority figures in the article should probably be higher than a "restricted" clearance level in the ACS system. It's up to you though, after all it's your article so what you consider confidential or higher is not my decision.
Not much else to say. Good job.

It's been a while since an SCP has left me satisfied with being unsatisfied… if that makes sense. I like how it's left partially open-ended. +1
This has been an official Lucky Co. post
This is a tough one. I'm definitely okay with the cliff hanger ending, despite that being one of my pet peeves , but I feel like there's just a bit too much filler in the logs. Dr. Olmstead's involvement and infatuation with the skip-A instances is great, but overstays it's welcome without helping along the ending.
I'll give it a +1 for now, but would love to see an updated version in the future.
Pretty good SCP, it sets up an intriguing mystery from the get-go, and, like others have said, Olmstead's story is quite compelling. I do personally wish there was a little more clues/elaboration/hints as to why site-109 was classified as anomalous and why the O5 were so obstinate, beyond just "Him", even just a little bit, but it still works well overall. Darn shame this got buried under the sea of SCPs, it deserves more recognition.
