Vikander-Kneed Technical Media: For all your communication needs!

Crit by HarryBlank and PlaguePJP (who have both had to hear me talk about this for weeks now and I am sure are sick of it)

Additionally, I want to thank HarryBlank, PlaguePJP, Dysadron, and Vivarium for their help in bringing this GOI to reality.

Huge fan of anything pertaining to anomalous or bizarre media, so I'm definitely interested in either writing something for this GOI or reading the entries for this GOI sometime!

I hope this isn't mean but I don't really like the look of the poster that much? Something about it feels unofficial. I think it's the font used.

I have a feeling that the look and general feel of the poster were intended to look a little questionable, given their already-questionable antics the group pulled off in some of the skips, as well as the sort of, early 21st Century vibes. …or maybe I'm just dense, haha.

Agreeing with wagyusteak, I think the awkwardness you've identified is intentional - it's why their claim to have "mastered" graphic design is so funny :P

(And spoilers, I guess, but the others are right… the poster is meant to look a little amateurish. I imagine finding it on a board in a dive bar or student union.)

It will be, once I have a few more contributors… technically it meets the minimum requirements but I think as more than half the articles are from me I want to wait for a bit more from other authors.

I’ve read a A few of their articles but I can already tell that they’re pretty interesting and I’m always with a new GOI.

First of all thank you so much Grigori Karpin for putting my recording of the VKTM welcome speech on the page. I'm honored.

So many of these articles, to me, carry the exact same weird vibe as LAUGH IS FUN did. That deep-seated discomfort you feel when someone treats something horrific as completely mundane. The complete absurdity and randomness of the actions of the GoI serves the subject matter really well, and I love "found media" creepypastas and that kind of thing, so this is just a gold mine for me. A lot of this stuff really reminds me of Local 58, Gemini Home Entertainment, and the Monument Mythos series - and that is a huge compliment because I love all those channels.

I cannot wait to see more VKTM SCPs and hope that I can contribute in the future (contribute an actual SCP, not just the audio blurb :P)

I am really digging into the idea of a Media Company as a GOI and I just love it at first sight about this whole idea, concept, and theme of the GOI itself! Looking forward to any further developments that were made for this GOI!

And also, really loving the Audio Speech and I made a little mix on the audio to give it more of a vintage broadcast feel that I think it really suits Vikandeer Kneed's whole vibe, here's the audio if you want to hear it!

Seeing this finally get its own blurb on the GOI page is immensely satisfying. I'm glad that my little tale became a teensy part of getting that to happen.

Kudos to you Grigori for forming one of the most interesting GOIs on the site. It has become a great tool for satire, political commentary, and horror.
