It has been constantly hinted that 001-A's can manipulate electronics, how?
That's a common misconception. In the 001, the electronic/camera manipulation and the dark figure are the result of a haunting. Midway through the article, the protagonist wonders aloud whether the 001 effect extends to one's soul, as she is surrounded by ritualistic elements, before cutting herself.
From how pissed the spirit of her dead wife is, plus taking into account the format-screw entries, it is meant to imply that 001 does extend to the ethereal, with Ari being right mad her soul was pulled from a state perceived to be a paradise.
There are a lot of non-organic sentient SCPs under the guard of Foundation, how the rest of them is dealing with the Daybreak Event?
Dunno. I hope people will explore this is future stories. This can play out any number of ways depending on the character.
are the 001-a's agressive towards beings they cannot convert?
Hmmm… I would say maybe. Depends on whatever would make for the most compelling story. I could see them regarding, say, a robot with indifference… but by the same token, perhaps if it has some form of sapience (even if wholly inorganic, like super-advanced AI), maybe they would take an interest in trying to convert it (even if they cannot due to the aforementioned inorganicness… again, depends on what makes for a good story.
Many biological SCP's (like Cain or 682), even with the premise that 001 nullifies anomalous qualities exhibited by living beings, possess anomalous properties that could theoretically render them inmune to the Daybreak Effect, what will they do now?
Again, whatever is most interesting. We could have one story where 682 becomes subsumed and exerts control over a mass, or we could have a story where the Lizard is basically contained by unkillable blobs in some kind of living hell. Or both. Or neither.
My idea for a canon-based SCP is a species of animal who possess a passive resistance to anomalous fields of effect (taumaturgic inferences, memmetic agents, etc.); at first sight, due them still being able to be wounded or even killed by anomalies with free mobility, these critters are not very useful and any attempts to use their tissues to replicate the effect are useless… until the Daybreak Event happens, and these thingies become a valuable Thaumiel.
Seems a little contrived to have what amounts to a Deus Ex that circumvents all anomalies. I would consider some limitations that would help to make it a more interesting mechanic than a cure-all, but it may make for a decent story.
