This// is a collection of things. Three photoshopped images, what looks like a pen or pencil drawing, and then a tale, all by the same person!? This is really fantastic. The tale has some prose stuff I'd love to see tightened (like their handling of quotes within quotes and some odd punctuations with commas), but besides that it is a well-paced, highly intriguing view of two organizations doing dealings with one another against The Foundation. The UIU, and MI13 (or Her Majesty's Foundation for Secure Containment of the Paranormal). It's a lore dump that I am extremely into. Its explanation of the Romans versus the Celts and Picts leaving behind anomalous phenomena was quick and wonderful, as was its pointing out that the British Museum was rife with anomalous artifacts. This world it painted, the world of the anomalous scene in London, was complete, intriguing, and fit for a paranormal spy setting. Absolutely amazing. Oh, and the images were pretty great too, but my love lies with the writing.
That was my review from the Art Exchange thread. The only thing that has changed is that SPaG has been massively cleaned up, and this piece is all the better for it. It's really really impressive for an author with as little on the site as you have — in other words, I hope to see your authorship grow this coming year. I think we'd all be the better for it. +1 with gusto!
(Except for "scepticism", that is not how you spell skepticism and no amount of "it's just British English" is going to prove me wrong.)
