My review from the Art Exchange thread:
This is a tale about an SCP I remember but not the number of, that involuntary dimension hopper dude, I think he comes from an early series. Anyhow, he takes a trip to the Rat's Nest. It's a fun little jaunt, bit explanation-heavy for what actually happens (like, isn't the purpose of writing in the Rat's Nest to have unbelievably ridiculous things happen? Maybe not, I haven't read much of it.) However, it's fun for what it is. The woman is believable, I like Hopper as a dude, I like the premise, I only think that it's lacking in the action department. The woman talks up how fucked the world is: I'd like to see it! Grey goo people are cool though, can't complain there.
I think this is a novote from me, actually. It didn't tickle me the way I was hoping it would — I was about to say why, but realized I'd only be reiterating the above. Great gift, though; helping flesh out someone's character while also writing for a canon that everyone loves and is trying to revive is a killer idea.
