Elevator Pitch: A humanoid male that would accidentally warp-reality if he has too much stress or gets intensely outrageous.

Central Narrative:

SCP-XXXX is a reality-altering humanoid male that is approximately 2 feet tall. The subject will accidentally disrupt reality if mental capacities are large, resulting in a ZK-Class event occur. Their unstable emotions are the sources that can affect their power's capabilities, efficacy, and limitations.

SCP-XXXX was discovered when reports of a paranormal event have occurred, which is shown to be various vehicles falling from the skies, killing thousands of innocent lives. After this was brought to the Foundation, they've located all of the scene witnesses and wipe out their memories. Before doing so, they've asked the witnesses whether they know the cause of the phenomena. The civilians all said that they have no clue what the cause could be. The agents all know that who, or whatever could do so, is somewhere around in that area, as they've asked each people in the area until they've moved to the house of a high school male, which eventually claims that he is the cause of the phenomenon. After this, the Foundation has erased the boy's parent's memories of his existence.

In the interview, SCP-XXXX stated that he discovered his abilities when his father forces him to do a lot of work, which causes him a big amount of stress, also causes him to have a few mental stabilities problem¹, and sometimes extremely aggressive, he would outburst.

Hook/Attention-Grabber: The high-school is a person who lives in a family with a very rigorous father. Because he sees his son being too joyful and doesn't care whether he gets in trouble, the father always scolds him when he did a funny act, slowly affecting his mental health.

Overall, I'm not really feeling this. It feels like a forced attempt to try to earn pity points. I'll start with the anomaly first. It boils down to: 'don't hurt me or I'll destroy the world. By accident.'

After this, the Foundation has ordered the agents to lied to the boy's parents that he's going to school abroad.

Why do this when amnestics exist? Or better yet, why not just have the Foundation make up some inventive lie of their own? Maybe fake the humanoid's death. What you've presented gives the parents the possibility that he'll be back. He won't be and even though the Foundation wouldn't tell the parents the truth, they would at least make it known that the humanoid wouldn't be coming back.

I'd assume the father would at least put two and two together; 'shit hits the fan whenever my son is stressed. Hm.' Unless he's that oblivious.

This is gonna require immense expansion if you choose to pursue this. Something/someone that needs to be tended to and babied with forced attempts at pity points isn't likely to fly.

Being sympathetic towards an unfortunate humanoid has immense possibilities. There are a bunch of humanoid SCPs currently on the site that fit that bill. Think about what makes those SCPs work and try to see if you can find a way to give this old concept a new twist.
