a hilarious adventure into the human consciousnesses

You've somehow managed to make a Benny Hill chase into an SCP and I'm all here for it. There's a good escalation between the logs, and your writing style makes the action particularly easy to follow. Roll on Season 2.
Hi Author, I've noticed a few typos.
The current will be worth as much as the gold making up the consumed 5083-1's body.
Should "current" here be currency? This sentence also doesn't read well (in my opinion). I think it'd be better phrased as:
Individuals who have consumed portions of 5083-1 will receive a sum of currency
proportional to the quantity of gold they ingested.
O5-11: (pauses) …Apolagies.
This is a really imaginative SCP, but the main problem I have with it (and why ultimately I decided on a neutral vote) is the reaction of the Overseer Council. In the description you state:
Unless they have undergone at least Level 3 memetic agent resistance training, any
further people that see 5083-1 after initial manifestation will gain the same desires
to consume them.
For me, I find it hard to believe that field agents and MTFs would have this memetic resistance training, but not the O5 Council. I know the O5s don't operate in the field, but they are, after all, the most important people within the Foundation, and not people you want compromised.
O5-4 runs towards Alpha-1-5, twists his face into a cognitohazardous facial expression
I'm not sure what this is meant to mean? Are you saying O5-4 is contorting his face in a way that makes it a cognitohazard?
Ultimately, I was more interested in Operation Lifeboat than the skip itself. Moreover, I don't feel like Eunike 185 added anything to the story. In my opinion, if it was removed it it wouldn't change much (unless Operation Lifeboat and Eunike 185 are linked?)

Yes.
My eyes glazed over when it came to the random, endless antics - I think those sections could have been dramatically shortened.
Having said that, I loved the listing of departments, and the "Aye… want to eat that gold man" was absolutely brilliant.
Overall, +1
