First thing is first: the formatting here is meticulous and I appreciate the care that was done to make this visually appealing. The theme and presentation of your proposal is clean. The green console thing on offset 1 is the only real bummer and it's short and doesn't require a lot of focus, so, that's fine.
Landing page
This doesn't say much. I'm understanding it's a landing page but right away you've set me up with a pretty shallow place to start. Because this is an 001 and because this page is very short most people will give you the benefit of the doubt and click on.
Any effects SCP-001 is implied to have caused have been reverted
Maybe? If we don't know what it is and it's theoretical I don't see how we can make this claim. Unless you mean to say everything we know of we have reverted.
any additional information concerning SCP-001 is irrelevant.
Semi-meme answer but, then why am I reading the rest of this?
that were inexplicably uploaded
An awful set of words for an SCP document.
but is ultimately of no significance.
Again, why am I reading about them then? Based on the rest of this article this is aggressively meta.
Offset 1
Collectively, this says many things but the information is generally redundant or is otherwise repetitive in the context of the two pages we've seen so far. The way you're throwing around implications about restructuring of reality and just non-chalantly "Reversing" the implications is…well I think you get my point. The way this is being treated so far feels extremely shallow but I am willing to press on.
In this state, SCP-001 appears to be effectively contained as there is little evidence to suggest that it is capable of amplifying itself.
'little evidence' and 'no evidence' are extremely important distinctions
These patterns of missing and/or conflicting evidence are thought to manifest as a result of CK-class reality-restructuring events
This is a can of worms dramatically out of line with everything else you've said to this point.
Offset 2
This says a fair bit more than the first Offset does but I am still left with a very aimless taste in my mouth. Not to use overly-dramatic language but the endless circle here has really worn my patience quite thin.
An alleged image of SCP-001-A.
No, it's actually an image. It's alleged that they are SCP-001-A
is the Director of RAISA and has been for over a decade.
Are you wording it like this for a reason? Why not put a date?
SCP-001 proposal file had been replaced with a single, unformatted document that read "Maria Jones does not exist".
For me, this has lost any potential impact by being non-chalantly buried here in this paragraph.
UNKNOWN: I think it's devouring me now.
People don't speak like this.
Offset 3
The presentation here is better than the last iteration, I feel more meaning, but this is another incremental step. It feels like it's rehashing the other offsets yet again with very little build. My frustration about a lack of obvious direction (or even the anticipation of one) has gone.
series of documents that are inexplicably appended to the SCP-001 file location.
This is so much better wording than the first time you tried to say this. Unfortunately I can't tell if that's deliberate or not, or merely a consequence of the formats and styles you're trying to recreate/copy.
(known as Lesser Archivists))
You have a double close parenthesis here.
this form thinks we are getting the hang of this.
This is really tone breaking.
Personnel are to be reminded of the significance of SCP-001.
Too overtly meta.
Offset 4
This format is so actively off-putting to me I have no comments. Red on black is sharp, so you've got that going for you.
