Scp-5134 appears to be a toy UFO. Inside are an extremely large amount of wind-up toy robots (known as instances of Scp 5134-1), each being 1 foot tall. It is unknown how so many fit inside a toy UFO large enough to fit 1 at best, but the most popular theory is that the UFO leads to a separate dimension.

Scp-5158 appears to be a luxury hotel. If a human being (now referred to as scp 5158-1) enters, he/she will be greeted by instances of scp 5158-2. Instances of 5851-2 appear to be human sized half-human-half-animal marionettes.

SCP-5120 is a bottle of blue cleaning ethanol rated at 93% vol. It's appearance is identical to other bottles of it's kind.
When SCP-5120 comes into contact with a human (thereafter named SCP-5120-1), it first appears as nothing special, and the alcohol appears to evaporate. After 25 days of exposure to SCP-5120, subjects start reporting symptoms of dizziness and look slightly intoxicated at times. After 35 days, subjects report feeling euphoria at random intervals of time, and appear more intoxicated. After 50 days, subjects are now considered fully infected. They appear completely drunk, and the smell of alcohol can be recognized from 3 meters away.

SCP-5340 is a black hole like entity that appears as a colourful cloud, it doesn't have a gender and appears to have no race. It radiates small bolts of electricity, firing from the center. The center of the object appears to be a black sphere that has been proven to calm a victim into a state where it is easy to eliminate. The more living beings that it consumes, the larger it grows. Results from tests have proven that the object's colour changes when angered, approached or touched.

Scp-5238 is a leather brown bear with button eyes, a slit in its chest going from its waist up to its neck and a pink bow on its head. It is about the size of a normal grizzly bear, and is followed around by its cubs, which are smaller versions of it but without bows or slits.

SCP-5311 is a phenomenon sporadically affecting Taxicab services across the continental United States, in which food items and other edible substances left within the interior of a parked or unattended Taxicab will become briefly animate and conglomerate into a single humanoid shape located in the driver's seat, which results in the creation of an SCP-5311-1 instance.

Roget
This could be really neat if it did absolutely anything with the premise.
Carrington
Agreeing with Roget, there's a concept and nothing else here. Additionally, there are some points that could use clarity (and perhaps would give you some inspiration on where to go):
- If passengers do not realize the nature of the driver, how did the Foundation learn about this?
- What attempts has the Foundation made to study the phenomenon?
- Is the food safe to eat?
You should also think about what kind of theme you're going for with this. Right now it seems like 'weird for weird's sake'.
AnotherBubblebath
It starts off odd and doesn't continue. It's incomplete and reads like a draft waiting to be expanded on. Extension to this SCP would greatly help it a lot.
October 3, 2020: I just want to add on to this post. The article feels random for random sake.
"A vegetable that turns into a human when inside a taxi car."
It's not funny nor it's creepy, it's just random.
SCP-5416 is a circular mausoleum and grave monument on a raised knoll located near the center of █████████ Cemetery, outside of █████████, Louisiana. SCP-5416 was erected in 1889, and contains the remains of local philanthropist Michael Sofford and his wife Penelope Sofford. The mausoleum features decorative urns and a marble statue of a seated angel carved by Jason De Cannes. The statue carries a book inscribed with the quote: "It is more blessed to give than to receive." The statue has been vandalized with the word 'mammon' carved into the angel's left foot.

This is very well written.
But, despite the interesting nature of the anomaly… there are two large problems:
1) the blacked out sections make no sense in a modern day article unless they serve the story… it seems the blacked out portions could be replaced with fictional names and it would work just as well… which to me means there shouldn’t be any black outs
2) there isn’t much substance here beyond the interesting anomaly… and no matter how well written the anomaly is, without some sort of narrative I find this article to be lacking something to grab onto.

I think you could really expand this idea to encompass a real story, whether that be of the history of the one who buried the money or the statue itself or someone being stuck in the effect… there’s more to this you can and should tell
SCP-5025 is a 1.7 meter tall human skeleton which shows full sapience as well as the abilities of movement and vocalization, despite lacking any of the muscles required for these actions. Self-titled as “The King of Parties,” SCP-5025 has an obstreperous and disorderly disposition.

For the most part, this does what it intends to do. I can see that you were aiming for a minimalist self-contained story, and you've achieved that. However, I feel that this came at the cost in which you've lost any real development with the anomaly you've introduced. Specifically, there's no real reason to 'make me care' about the anomaly here. As such, the ending on this one is a bit… less than satisfactory. You go through detailing therapy sessions, which later leads on into the anomaly disappearing from the cemetery because it realized that excessive partying wasn't healthy; however, the lack of… familiarity I have with this anomaly weighs this down.
That, and there are a lot of redactions here which don't really seem necessary to me, at least. Such as dates, name locations, names themselves. You can just make up an entirely random name, place, and date, and the story would still go on perfectly. The redactions here sorta take away from the readers' immersion and makes the entire piece a bit less evocative.
Considering the factors stated above, unfortunately, I'm going to have to downvote this.
SCP-5092 appears to be a human male in his late teens, who identifies as “Kuizzler”. It has an obsession for trivia, knowledge, and trivia game shows. It has a very high capacity for learning and accruing information and is confirmed to have eidetic memory. While asleep, SCP-5092 is capable of oneiric telepathic behaviors, as well as having no need for sustenance or hydration. It can purposely sleep indefinitely unless awakened by an external force.

Hi author,
I'll speak simply and directly; the tone and pacing of this article is simply insufficient. There is a ton of material here that simply does not evolve the story in any meaningful way and detracts from my desire to reach the end of this piece. The final note is 100% unbelievable in terms of language, tone, and delivery but this is just part of this piece's suite of problems.
On the surface, a piece about someone who snips dreams is an interesting one to explore but the accommodations given to this SCP seem customer-made to make the Foundation look silly and give you an article. I believe you present the Foundation in a careless fashion to show off your monster and the work suffers for it overall.
-1, this needs a good deal more time in the draft board.
