So did Cloe use Cupid to find muggers to kill? If so the timeline doesn't line up since she only adopted Cupid in 2020 but started killing in 2015. I don't really understand how the fact she's murdering people ties into the rest of the article.

For right now I'm gonna no vote but if I can figure out why the last police report matter I'll update it.

Chloe presumably bought the dove and locked it up solely as a trophy, because she's a narcissist.

Then, when the dove escaped, it led her to the detective that wanted to solve the case.
