Shouldn't this series have the "exploration" tag on them?
The description of creature mentioned at the end reminds me of slenderman. There's plenty of suspense in this, much like in the exploration records of SCP-860. I've upvoted this document along with the corresponding SCP.
I remember reading this as my second SCP after yet another night of TVTropes, and its creepiness remains undiminished.
+1
I may have gotten confused… did D-20384 return alive or dead? Or not at all?
Late comment, but he returned alive. It states so at the end when the D-class barely made it through the mirror but had the substance 'dripping' off of him (he was standing I guess).
Actually it seems like he died, and they found that during recovery of his supplies.
Not often you see supplements hit +100. Conglaturations!

That apostrophe is just hanging there- permission to edit?
Wow. There's been no comments since '14.
Well, great exploration log, leaves a little bit to be desired in the writing quality but other than that was fine :).
Masterfully eerie and full of ominous import, only mildly hampered by some clunky grammar. The clear beginning of an epic which helps to define exploration logs, to everyone's eternal benefit.
