During this time, backup generators are to be activated ensuring SCP-5092 is turned back on.Description: SCP-5092 is a laptop from around the year 2005. It has the ability to predict the future however the prediction will change if power is disconnected and from past experiences these changes can range from minor to extreme. Honestly, this is bland and uninteresting. Predicting the future is a well-used trope both here and in other media, but there's so much potential for it. This article does nothing with it- it just is. You hint at dire consequences, and the ability to change the future by turning it off which again has potential. Killing the messenger actually working? The dilemma between something known and bad, or simply unknown?
Instead you end on a weird tangent about printers and try to carry the article with a format screw. Even if it was a good, original screw- and the other comments explain that this is certainly not- gimmicks are rarely enough to carry an article.
SCP-5518 is a humanoid with several anomalous effects, one of which includes breaching and leaking any digital information within a 50 meter radius of it. The page this information is leaked to changes every time, it is unknown why this happens however it is believed this is so it can't be stopped.

SCP-5070 is a horse-sized mouse with exceptionally strong teeth, sharp fangs and somewhat of red eyes, however this 'red' eye effect is believed to be that of the blood vessels of SCP-5070. SCP-5070's origins are unknown due to the entity's extremely aggressive behavior. Personnel report SCP-5070 making some sort of 'clapping' sounds when in containment. SCP-5070 will attack and kill any sentient being when faced with a intent of assault or when being startled. SCP-5070 has also been seen jumping up to 50 metres high and moving up to 98 kilometres per hour when agitated, SCP-5070 also has been moving at a speed of 75 kilometres per hour when holding a 20 ton payload. SCP-5070 is still unable to break through many materials including reinforced tungsten, SCP-5070 can still break through reinforced tungsten if there are cracks or insecurities in the containment cell. Although SCP-5229 may be encountered anywhere in the world, it is essentially the same entity. The extent of SCP-5229 is currently unknown but is believed to essentially be infinite.
Physical descriptions of SCP-5229 have been largely inconsistent except that its physical manifestation appears to be a black liquid. SCP-5229 is essentially formless, flowing with gravity. Even in its neutral non-conscious state, its nature is parasitic. It will attempt to influence nearby conscious beings in an attempt to contain itself in the aforementioned procedure. Such hosts may be unaware of their takeover. They may experience the parasite as flashes of inspirations. Other hosts have described their takeover as a demon. This observation of SCP-5229, having a will to contain itself, has never been observed before.

SCP-5074 appears to be a standard electromagnet tattoo machine.
The needles can be changed on the machine to enable larger, smaller and different style of tattoos however upon installation, the needles will become anomalous meaning they must be discarded safely.

SCP-5442 is a stuffed bear showing no signs of damage estimated to have been made in the early 18th century by Wondertainment-London, as shown on a label attached to the bear's left leg. There are no immediately obvious anomalous qualities when looked at. Its anomalous properties only reveal themselves when the item is hugged by any sentient being. Foundation personnel who hugged the bear have reported hearing a child-like voice with an old-British accent speaking to them while feeling a certain warmth throughout their entire body.

Okay, so this was ultimately a downvote from me. Here are my opinions and reasons why:
There are several grammatical and punctuation errors in this article which make your sentences unintelligible. Also, the inclusion of a testing log consisting of three paragraphs of torture, in which the Foundation learns absolutely nothing, is considered antiquated by many (including myself) and best left in series one. Conceptually, I do not feel that the connections between the woman who miscarried, suicidal tendencies, and Wondertainment are presented adequately. The parts of this article read, to me, as though they were brainstormed without regard to either the anomaly itself or any sort of greater narrative. -1.

Why would they do that when taking the bear away could potentially cause death?
Before the subject lets go of SCP-5442 they are to be given a light dose of class C amnestics and the item is to be removed from their grasps by personnel wearing leather gloves.

In the event of any sentient organisms being in line of sight of the projected location of 5794[due to a negative hume level it is technically a non-existence] it will somehow absorb or siphon all positive emotions of nearby individuals and starts growing at a extremely slow rate this rate is not yet determined as there is no way to currently quantify emotions as the criteria of negative or positive emotions is determined by the individual.

I lost my sister while running today. It's a Sunday, we always go out to jog for a couple of rounds in the nearby park. I say it's a park but it's more similar to a nature reserve, with many kinds of flora and luscious trees; as close to the definition of untamed wilderness you could get in an urban neighbourhood like ours.
We always run together. Every Sunday for the last 42 weeks, there's no way in hell she didn't know the way. We had memorised the track by heart, every twist and turn we knew, but somehow, my 11 year old sister is now lost, and I don't know where she is.
She's usually slower than me, so I often instruct her to just sit by the pull-up bar and wait for me (yet another routine that hasn't been broken for 42 weeks) and today was no different. I left her behind, like always, as I sped three rounds around the park. She gives up around the fourth or so. By the time I was on my fifth round, the gnawing suspicion that something was amiss grew stronger. Two more rounds I ran, two more rounds I didn't see her. My stamina was running out. I ran for another two rounds around the only track in the entire forest park.
At that point, I acknowledged she was lost. Lost on the only path that we knew, the only path that we ran. I asked myself then, what was I supposed to feel? Despair, sorrow, worry? I determined that most people would be worried in this case, so I became worried. Even when evening turned night, I was still running on the track, looking around for her. I even went out of my way to run around the small neighbourhood (I checked my house just to see if she was there) but of course she had completely vanished. I was kind of annoyed. It was already 7.27pm, who did she take me for?
As I ran more and more laps, my anger only grew for she was wasting my time. How could she lack the common sense to just follow that one track? How the hell did she manage to mess that up? I don't really know. I imagined myself in the shoes of another brother who was looking for his sister as well. I should really be feeling concerned, shouldn't I? I should.
But I'm angrier that she went and disappeared, how am I supposed to explain that to my parents? Having to act sad for her loss and cry while I tell them what happened takes too much effort. I'll just keep running, I guess.

SCP-505-KO is a standard randoseru. When the bag is opened, its contents are empty; however, closer inspection will consistently reveal a small amount of blood at the bag's bottom. Turning the bag upside down while closed results in the bag opening, disgorging various human body parts. All body parts originate from different individuals.

It's funny and gets a real good "what the actual fuck" out of me, but I can't really get behind the Foundation just deciding "yeah, fuck it, let's use it for D-class food; not like there's anything else to do with it." It was written in 2014 and INT branches can have different takes on the Foundation, yeah, but it's still just a bit too hard to swallow, if I can steal a joke from a commenter on the INT wiki.
The final addendum here feels…rushed and anticlimactic; and I can't help but want for both a better ending and some indication of where the parts came from: are they genetically identical to missing people? Have none of them ever been traced back to a source? Do people lose limbs to feed this?
I'm ending up feeling super torn on this where it feels…so close to being really excellent but just, frustratingly not sticking the landing.
Agreeing with all above — it's great seeing works from the International Branches on the English Wiki! This article, however, relies purely on shock horror that, by the end, is never recontextualized in a fulfilling way. It's an old "the Foundation is cartoonishly evil for the sake of being evil" trope. Again, the issue is understandable if you look at the date this article was created, so it wouldn't make sense if I harped on it any further.
Pretty basic series 1 stuff from way back when. It's pretty out of place in 2020, but I wouldn't want to shit on it too much.

There are several grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors that make this article difficult to read (most obviously mixing-up "its" and "it's"). Conceptually, there is a fundamental lack of substance, here. Young Wolverine, here, basically just exists… which is not enough to carry a successful article. You mention he was found in prison — going forward, this might be a good place to start developing a character. Why was he originally in prison? Why does he have trust issues? How would a young man feel about being a source of material for a mysterious group with questionable motives like the Foundation?

The precise measurements in the Containment Procedures feel a little unnecessary. Unless there's a specific reason for the room/table to be exactly that size, you don't need to and shouldn't include them.
The precise measurements of the conprocs are just one issue among many. This ultimately suffers from poor execution of a concept. A killer McDonald's meal isn't much more than a generic monster if you don't explore it in a way that is fun/interesting/horrific. I could honestly care less about its biting force or other meaningless statistics like that.
For example: SCP-1701 is a kind of classic monster, but what makes it work is how its method of capture is described. It's very reminiscent of some carnivorous plants. It's weird, but the logic makes weird sense. There's even a splash of body horror in there to keep things interesting.
I suggest two things:
SCP-5092 - Batter Royale
SCP-5092 is a package from no discernible brand, wich contains 16 units resembling cookies. The units inside SCP-5092 are made from a mixture of cocoa, strawberry, traces of wheat and unknown organic material similar to red meat. DNA testings done on the material reveal traces of Bos taurus, Sus scrofa, Pan paniscus and Homo sapiens genes.

The idea itself is relatively interesting but the way it was executed made it kinda confusing, I feel like this could be explored more, you kinda did with the effects that it caused but that part was probably the most confusing part of the whole thing. Also, EC would have to know what took place. This could have been better and I think it had potential. Don't let this discourage you so keep writing and improving. -1
The concept is interesting and certainly has potential but the execution doesn't do it proper justice here. Additionally, the frequent use of [DATA EXPUNGED] doesn't function well as a mystery-building element and instead comes off feeling like a cop-out to avoid explaining what it the anomaly actually does.
I'd take this back to the sandbox and run it by some of the crit forums for now. Good luck, author.
If I can read an article and still have no idea what, precisely, an anomaly does, then there are some major problems with its execution. I will echo what was said above about the frequent expunging, and add that censorship should have an in-universe reason for existing. If I were a Foundation scientist writing about this (apparently) difficult-to-contain anomaly, why in the world would I want to redact all of that potentially live-saving information? -1.
As a lot of other people are saying, the idea is there but the execution isn't very good. It might take some work, but there's definitely potential.

You have the bones of a good and humorous concept, here. I like the idea of fast food giants contracting demons for their success, but I think the execution is somewhat lacking. There is a little too much contrast between the clinical tone of the standard article and the funny tone of this one, at least for my tastes. With some re-working to eliminate the SPAG errors and amending the logs to better reflect natural human speech, this might find its niche as a -J. But, as it is, this gets a -1 from me.
