I suggest that you get more practice with formatting/grammar. The description being just a single, massive paragraph makes it really difficult to read.
SCP-5067 is a set of 29 26 colored glass ornaments, shaped into birds in various natural poses. The glass itself is apparently non-anomalous, and has a faint "cloudy" coloration. These ornaments are hollow, but contain SCP-5067-A and SCP-5067-B. SCP-5067-A describes Class-B ectomorph entities1 that are contained within SCP-5067, -14 and three staff votes.

The tone here is really lacking and it's apparent from the first paragraph. Additionally, this article is replete with meaningless redactions that only serve to punch my viewing experience in the eye. I was not able to get to the other tabs of this article before being convinced of my vote, which is a shame because I see a lot of effort here.
You really need to revise your tone and pull out this tangled web of extraneous details.
SCP-5120 Is an elevator measuring 2 meters long and 2.5 meters wide. Its only unusual external trait is the absense of any equipment for elevator cables to be attached to, as well as the lack of breaks. There is a total of 12 buttons inside of SCP-5120 (Not including help buttons or door controls). 10 Of them being blue with numbers from 1-10, one of them being being slightly larger, red, and with the image of an hourglass, -14 and three staff votes.
SCP-5973 is a worm-like organism of variable length. The specimen currently has seven segments, each a minimum of nine meters long unfurled, though the maximum number of segments possible has yet to be estimated. Each segment begins with a leech-like mandible attached to a stomach, from which a series of intestinal organs protrude, -14 and three staff votes.

So overall, I find this quite underdeveloped and in need of some serious revisions. The core anomaly is alright but the main problem is the lack of a concise narrative. There does seem to be some sort of story here but it's just not enough to really intrigue me.

We don’t know what SCP-5068 really is. It may be a creature, a memetic or an effect. The only thing we know about SCP-5068 is that when any person is near the room in 18 meters where SCP-5068 might be, they will think there is an another SCP (expect SCP-5068) in the room. Different people will not feel the same SCP in the room
We still don’t know why SCP-5068 nature is only base on other SCPs. Further research is finding the correlation between SCP-5068 and other SCPs.

I kinda like the idea, but the tone needs some work. At times, it's not really clinical, and some of the notes feel a bit oddly worded.
Also, "she [REDACTED] herself with a pistol" Why the unnecessary redaction? It's pretty obvious what she did with it.
SCP-5038 is a blood red rose which has a dark purple stem and roots. It appears to demonstrate some basic cognitive functions above most known plant life as it has been seen to feel the way around it’s container and show recognition upon contact with other SCPs and personnel though no attempt at communication has been observed. It remains curious to most organisms and does not attack until provoked. In 97% of all experiments, test subjects were destroyed immediately when engaged in combat. SCP-5038 was observed to aim for the head from a distance of up to 30 feet in all experiments, with most test subjects lacking the necessary reaction time to avoid the sudden nature of the attacks.

SCP-5289 is to be contained in a perimeter of about 15 m (50 ft) in diameter. No maintenance or proper care is required on SCP-5289. Personnel who are entering SCP-5289 are required to have a radio and a watch or other time telling devices. Personnel are also required to wear a level C hazmat suit to limit exposure from SCP-5289. After leaving SCP-5289, personnel are to decontaminate, and be checked out for any signs of exposures (physically and/or mentally). Hazmat suits that were worn in SCP-5289, are to be disposed of properly and immediately. Any personnel that have been exposed to SCP-5289 is to be terminated, and the bodies are to be also disposed of properly and immediately. Any personnel who dies or becomes trapped in SCP-5289 are not to be recovered or rescued.

Instances of SCP-5221 are humanoids varying in age, size, mass, ethnicity and gender however all instances of SCP-5221 have light blond hair and orange eyes.
There are currently 4 instances of SCP-5221 contained at Site-██. When instances of SCP-5221 first come within a 50 meter radius of other instances of the SCP-5221 they "activate", and go into a comatose state within 30 minuets. This can last anywhere between 20 to 60 minuets. Instances SCP-5221 have not been able to be removed from this state with the use of modern technology but will instead wake up on their own accord.

This building has seven levels (Including the two basement floors), each level shares the same layout of fifteen guest rooms, two storage rooms and two elevators. SCP-5249 is a standard guest room on level 4, located at the end of the South-West hallway. The room has an approximate of [DATA EXPUNGED]㎡, contains two beds, a toilet and ███████.

SCP-5063 is an anomalous memetic phenomenon affecting the common American blue jay bird. Upon SCP-5063 infection the blue jay will begin to sing a song designated SCP-5063-1. SCP-5063-1 is the children's nursery rhyme, twinkle twinkle little star. Should an SCP-5063 infected bird be around other non-infected birds. The non-SCP-5063 infected birds will also start singing SCP-5063-1. SCP-5063 infected birds will sing the song until they eventually either starve or dehydrate to death, -14 and three staff votes.

I personally think its well written, and the idea of a narcissitic rifle has potential, it just sort of lacks something a snap to the execution that makes it fall flat. It's definetly an idea you can get more out of if you go back and mess with it a bit more, but in it's current state it doesnt quite catch my interest.

Description: SCP-XXXX is foundation site-113. Files related to the commissioning of the site state that it was initially created as a humanoid containment site. At some point all records pertaining to site-113 were deleted. Since that time Site-113 has been operating with little to no oversight. Despite this Site Director, Dr. Ryan Barking, has sent multiple requests to the O5 council requesting appointments to "report" on the site's activities. The site has also sent many requests for resources or proposals for experiments to be carried out. With no information on Site-113 these have all been denied. On October 25th in the year 1992 a group of foundation agents were sent to the site to try and learn about the site and perhaps answer the various questions surrounding it. After leaving the site they were debriefed and expressed concern that they could not remember any of the events recorded within SCP-XXXX, (See SCP-XXXX Exploration Log) but felt an overwhelming sensation that everything was fine and Site 113 was perfectly loyal and doing fine and all their requests should be granted.

I like the concept here a lot and was excited to see where this was going, but some phrasing choices distracted me quite a bit from what was actually going on.
Is it intentional that Pythagoras's typing style drastically changes at some points, such as between tests 13 and 19 as well as the two interviews? My best guess is due to low memory, but I feel like I'm missing something.

Those who are exposed to this gas (classified as an instance of SCP 5147-1) gain an immunity to cogintohazards.
