Oh really.
Unstable Sentient Eternal Recharger indeed.
I think he's indicating the suspicious acronym there, namely "USER". It raises an alert 'round these parts.
Alright, I removed the "Unstable" part. I figure that was the main source of suspicion, mainly because A. it gives away everything odd about 771-2, and B. Who would go to the effort of carving the word "unstable" on a large computer module that's attached to a ceiling very high off the ground?
Anyway, if there's anything else that can be done, just let me know. I'm trying my damnedest to make this a good SCP.
There is promise here, with the full re-write. Needs some editing, and some tweaks, but the core is good. I'll be happy to try my hand at a edit if nobody objects…
Ah, I don't mind in the least. I just need to upload the picture for it, then she's all yours.
Very nice, Dr. Gears, very nice indeed! I wonder how 771's microbots would fare against 682?
In any case, I love the tweaks, so nice job…and thank you, for all your help. Maybe one day i'll be good enough to be a doctor myself! Hah.
It seems to be that it is Keter level due to it's sentience and ability to be extremely deadly, even if it hasn't shown signs of being violent outside of defensive actions.
I like. Sentient anomalous PC that "talks" with the researchers is always a good thing (and it's damaged, so it's more creepy). I like the organic/anorganic mix. To make it even better, a recovery log could be good, if the autor is still present..?
771, I love you, but you have so many unneeded quotation marks.
A friend of mine read this and had some input:
"If i understand this correctly the swarm will only "paralyze" the victim in order to harvest body parts while it is still alive. In order for this to happened the swarm only paralyzes skeletal muscle so that the bodily functions of the victim are still intact. However the muscles required to expand and compress the lung (required to breathe) are skeletal muscles, which means that without assisted ventilation the victim will die. Thoughts on this?"
EDIT: He really liked the article as a whole though.
Can't really express why, but this is exceedingly "meh" to me.
