Nice skip overall. I'm gonna have to stick with novote on this one tho.
Will start with the downsides first: I can't help but feel that there's some disconnect between the original theme of the skip and the one that appears at the last addendum. Not that the effect is too weird, but the whole thing with altered text in the log and all that classy, royal feel of the objects kinda clash with regular anomalous person vibe that was presented throughout the SCP. I don't know whether it's an intentional effect, but it does feel like it comes out of the blue there. Secondly, I'm not sure if I missed something, but it seems like 𝒫 which is the memetic word is kinda insignificant for the story, and I feel like it doesn't affect anything that much.
I feel like those two problems are kinda connected to each other and together create a feel that the skip's story is abruptly cut by the last log, rather than being finished in a natural way.
There are more upsides to this, however: The anomalous effect is nice, albeit it's a bit unclear what we're dealing with from the initial description, and the character was well-written enough for me to be engaged in what's going to happen to him. I've seen quite a few attempts at writing humanoids at allusions for IRL problems, but they rarely come with an interesting enough anomaly to feel like their own thing. This one managed to do that, so I gotta commend the writing here. The pacing in the main part is decent too, it manages to cover everything without dragging for too long.
