"The guy" is not a guy.

The artist says "But I failed as a man, in more ways than one", and the photo is captioned "Valerie Sinclaire". She is a trans woman.

I could predic the entire article from the material requirements ngl…
I was reading through it waiting for the anomalous twist but it is quite funny that it is litteraly just a modern artpiece submitted to an anart exhibition. And i do think the last box form the critic saves it form being just a bad article and makes it kind of funny and in universe appropriate.

Good article. A lot of heart, and the punchline doesn't take away from the legitimate message it sends.
