An unfortunate number of critics this time around, I and others were recently pretty swamped it seems. Like, this critique literally happened today, which is why this is getting posted in the evening instead of the morning. Sorry y'all! In any case, here we are introduced to Faeowynn's brothers, Anders and Robin Wilson, born to Alice in Boring, Oregon. Who knows what awaits~!

My memories of being an upset kid make me feel for Robin. But I think that the saddest part of this tale is that I suddenly remembered that Fae and Audrey are still off in San Diego. And that at some point between the last tale and this one, Tim divorced Audrey. :(

Robin and Anders are wonderful and really feel like Tim and Alice's children, which is some very impressive character work. As sad as it is to realize whilst this little heaven is going on, Fae and Audrey are somewhere out there, alone, the heartwarming tone of this balances it out well enough, I think. As always, really solid.
