apparently this wasn't a coldpost and A Random Day read this like a month and a half ago. so if i ever claimed otherwise you imagined it.

Also, I'd have given you the +1 for Beatrix D. Sacher-Masoch. Great setup for the joke, and solid with the callback to old Leopold.

I think this is my favorite Deer-related piece so far. Doesn't overstay its welcome, goes in a lot of different directions, and still reminds me of actual campus newspapers.

None of the editorial staff has actually spoken with Sofia. She sends in a column a week and doesn't reply to any of our follow-up emails. I saw her across the quad once and she hid in a bush until I left. -The Mgt.
