Heads up, some of your blue tags in the 2035 document are scrambled.
So what I'm understanding from this is,
Essentially in a parallel universe, the Foundation's Administrator becomes so obsessed with containment for an anomalous reason so the Foundation doesn't stop until everything becomes contained. There is no subatomic particle. There is no dangerous anomaly affecting other objects. It's literally cover stories that have cover stories to not make the rest of the Foundation suspicious until it's too late.
Seeing this, an interdimensional entity sends this information to our universe as a warning that, although the Foundation has good intentions with its containment, we may go down the same path if we do not change in some way.
I like it.

- What are these iterations? Are they different versions of the same universe?
- Does the quarantine mean that there is no way to enter the 4V iteration and there is no way exit it?
- What is the "hymn of silent flesh"?
- Do I understand it correctly, the Foundation literally was attempting to contain everything for several millenia?
- The Three Moons Initiative has warned the Foundation in 24-th century about the possible quarantine, but the Foundation ignored the warning for 6700 years?
- Why is the final iteration gibberish? Does that mean that FAFNIR cognitohazards have severely damaged people's speech and thinking?

I kinda agree with ObserverSeptember, this is underrated. At the same time, I think it's a bit too generic. "Foundation gets wiped by one or more memetic hazards" is overdone, and having the entity introducing/spreading the memetic hazard be, or pose as, a Foundation employee (who eventually assumes the role of Administrator) doesn't add much unless you flesh out the entity's personality and motives to be interesting. There's just not enough here. I have no emotional investment in the decay of the entity's communicative capabilities, etc. Something else I would enjoy seeing added at the end: something about the reactive (or technically proactive) measures taken by the Foundation in the reality-instance able to review this document and react to its warning. How is this warning useful?
I should mention is considering extradimensional legal action against the Foundation for libel was waaaaay too -J for my taste. This article doesn't set up the sort of humorous atmosphere that would make this acceptable in a mainlist.
Read up on the Three Moons. "Extradimensional legal action" is very much their wheelhouse.
Yup. My first reading of ☽☽☽ involved the words "Impaler Events". (SCP-2578)
☽☽☽'re scary yet intriguing: They want to take care of and protect people, they have clearly defined boundaries of what's acceptable behavior (see SCP-3922), and they have the power and resources to back up action taken of both. And they don't care about anyone else's legal system.
I think the only reason ☽☽☽'s willing work with the Foundation is ☽☽☽ sees them as a lighter shade of grey in the various timelines and organizations involved.
