I have wanted to write something that touched Sarkicism since I first discovered the site 4 years ago, hopefully people enjoy this.

1) SCP-4712-A was a very young boy when he was contained, he doesn't really know what a Karcist is or isn't. Additionally, he isn't super familiar with what it means to follow Nalka faith. He was "visited" by Ion in dreams and ultimately he was a scared teenager in a bad situation when Site-07 got moved to SCP-XXXX-B. He isn't a Karcist, he has merely one of the abilities of a Karcist, without much of the knowledge. What actually happened to him is up for debate.
2) When -A was contained, it was only 7 months after the end of WWII, and from a rural community in which there is unlikely to be good written public records. According to SCP-2191 it seems the Foundation started investigating the Solomonari in the late 1970s, so there is no reason to assume the Foundation would know to think there was presence of sarkics in the community if they weren't clued in. -A's parents would not have been super jazzed to divulge that stuff to Foundation staff either.
3) OG file is intentionally thin. Event-Alpha occurred in 1957, long before digitized records and most research materials would be at the site where research into Marius' ability was taking place, namely Site-07. The original file at the top of the page represents what the foundation put together after Event-Alpha, with little to no information concerning the ultimate fates of the people at Site-07. O5 council classifies the physical findings of Event-Alpha because they don't understand and decide to lock it up, rather than examine. They were afraid that something could happen to just wipe it off the face of the Earth. In 1991 when Site-07 is discovered through the gateway (SCP-4712), the findings are associated with the new file as they could then complete the story of what happened to the Site.
