SCP-XXXX is a post-death sensation that occurs to a select number of humans. SCP-XXXX is more likely to affect individuals who: had a love of nature, suffered from childhood abuse, had a difficult childhood, managed to overcome harsh adversity, struggled to become successful, did not die due to self inflicted wounds, did not commit crime, had a nice personality, and died a tragic death. Religion is not a factor. SCP-XXXX affects both children and adults. SCP-XXXX effect individuals who just recently died. SCP-XXXX will then take this individuals conscious and take the individual to a garden. The garden is described as incredibly beautiful, though no recordings or photos of the garden have surfaced as that is impossible. The contents of the garden are unknown to the foundation, but a general description has been provided by descriptions of those who have witnessed. These descriptions were incredibly vague, with the individuals specifically not including details. (These interviews would have to have taken place after the death of an individual, so an SCP that allows talking to the dead or an SCP that would be used to revive the subject would have to be used). The individual will be accompanied with a young boy throughout his exploration of the garden, who is described as playful but relatively quite, and will stop accompanying the individual per request. The individual typically gets around 3-4 hours to explore the garden. Once this time is up, the boy will walk the individual out of the garden through a gate. The individual will remain deceased. Upon the immediate exit of the garden, a small part of a flower, typically a pedal, will be stuck to the individuals chest. This part of the flower is the flower the individual took the most liking to in the garden. SCP-XXXX can only affect one individual at a time, and only one instance of SCP-XXXX is existant. The entire process of how SCP-XXXX affects individuals or even how it chooses individuals is completely unknown to the foundation, and the foundation is interested and discovering if the boy in SCP-XXXX is or has existed.
Need help with one part. One part of the idea I couldn't figure out was how was SCP-XXXX discovered. Other than the flower part which I plan on making be the initial discovery of SCP-XXXX, how could the SCP foundation learn about what SCP-XXXX does? Maybe a possible SCP would have to be utilized, but I'm hesitant about tying another SCP to this story, but that may be the only way.
