This story was collaboratively written by numerous authors in 2015, polished by myself in 2018, and polished again this month before posting.

This is a story about character interaction.

I actually had some drafts written for this story format from 2015 sitting in my google docs. (Moose wasn't aware of this, lol.) With Moose's blessing, I've now added in those sections:

• Kain Pathos Crow (Light POV)
• "A quiet night in" (Light POV) (I'd posted this one as a oneshot on my tumblr a while ago, so if it looks familiar, you might have seen it there. …The Pluto flyby was news when I wrote this, I swear.)
• Chelsea Elliot (Light POV)
• SCP-073 (Light POV)

My God, another story of Moose posted some weeks after the previous ? What an insane person.

OK, more seriously, I like this story. I don't know if there's a in-universe reason of why we suddenly became multiple persons, but I think it's an original way to tell the story (I really didn't see any stories like that in the Wiki).

The dialogues seems really realistic, the characters looks really human, even in silly moments. Even when it's goddamn Alto Clef. It has some strange moments, silly moments, "serious-business" moments…

In fact, I think I will re-read it when I will be in my home because right now, I'm in my university, people talk and I feel that I'm not in the exact proper conditions to enjoy the story. But right now, it's already a good piece.

Everyone who wrote entries on this piece, you can take a +1. I had one for each of you.

P.S : Moose, if you see that, just a little question : this story heavily involves the "mythos" and fashion of the Resurrection canon, does this story belongs to it ? And if it belongs, can I put it in the hub for you if it's not done before ?

Moose is quite busy IRL; I'm reasonably certain this is absolutely in Resurrection canon, just moose doesn't screw with tags. I'm another admin, you're welcome to do the tags if you're on the staff team who does the tag stuff.

Oh, I'm not on the Tag Team, alas. To be honest, I think about asking Magnus, one day, for join the team and do this job but right now, I'm not in.

I check and the story is already add to the hub. And the story had now the "resurrection" tag. Which is good, because I will probably be still unsure about "can I do it even if I'm not in the exact team ?".

For the record: I added the tag, given that this tale explicitly namedrops Resurrection and many events and characters from it.

I commented above on adding in the bits I wrote, but for the rest of it, I wanted to say that I really like the breadth of characterization in this, and appreciate the writing.

Bits I especially liked:

The first complaint is from an angry director, about the editing freeze on SCP-105's publicly accessible SCP entry.

This bit of worldbuilding and glimpse of the kind of dumb administrative drama that must happen all the goddamn time in the Foundation.

The tupperware and the search history. Hilarious.

Kain and Valdez = also hilarious. Mad scientists be mad sciencing.

Also, as a more minor note, I like other people's Lights in this. I have such a specific characterization of her in my head, even though she hasn't showed up that much on the site, and, like, yeah, y'all did it. Nice.

Sidenotes: made this page a sub-page of Resurrection. Also doing some grammar edits.

This was great, but am I alone in being a tiny bit annoyed that By Candlelight doesn't actually take place by candlelight? Like, there's very explicitly not a candle on Adams' table.

My friend's father in law works for a construction company and he does the same thing for the same reason. Paints everything pink (the actual term he uses is the rather colorful "titty pink" but…) so that the kids he works with won't steal his tools when they borrow them. Seems to work. LOL

this whole story had a very insteresting pace, but I admit I completely lost it at Foxx history search and I had to upvote this (too bad we didn't see Clef's reaction to it)

I'm a little confused about the reason for the constant change of PoV's and since I'm still new to the whole SCP lore, I would appreciate if anyone can tell me, no matter if it's spoiler please.
