first you said that 'a full sweep of site 14…' and then you said that it connected to site 19's D-class cells. Unless this is an interdimensional anomaly that somehow connected site 14 to site 19 it is advisable for you to edit thisss!

Not bad, although I'd recommend something more technical sounding than "strong locked door."
I like it. There doesn't seem to be any explanation, it's just this weird thing that started happening. We need more of that.
Because if it wasn't, then that would make the phenomena explainable. As it stands, its inexplicable. One might even say paranormal!
So, it's a classic style poltergeist or otherwise 'haunted' area, but the twist is it's haunted by the spirits of D-classes who had horrible things done to them.
I like it.
Fixed grammar: “this phenomena” should be “this phenomenon.”

It didn't really appeal to me—blood just isn't particularly scary.
I like how this appeared in site-14 and not somewhere else.
It kinda gives off that mystery vibe.
