My first skip, hope y'all enjoy.
Nice work. Very charming scip overall.
I still feel the jump between anomaly 1, it's unusual level of intellect, and anomaly 2, the fact it can headbutt your consciousness out of your body, is narratively too disconnected. It still needs a stronger lead-in or lead-out line to connect the threads.
An interview log with the ranger who'd had an out-of-body experience would have also helped. Right now, after Video Transcript 4347-A, it just sort of carries on. The actual anomalous effect is too abstract: you only say it happens, we never get a first hand account of it.
You could have made room for this account by trimming down the Ranger Mclean log a bit. It gets a bit long-winded at times.
Still, I enjoyed reading this. It could have used more work, but I still give it a +1.

I really like details like this haha
Anyway, its goat milkin time.
Good SCP, but should it be elusive? I personally think it should be safe as it will more than likely not escape containment if left alone. Then again it is your idea, you know more about it than me.
Live, sentient beings are almost never safe as they need more containment than just " put in any box". They need to be fed, cleaned and maybe even entertained, and are could also at least try breaking out, which is already more than safe.
I found it interesting and the note about the goat being pre-diabetic was a fun "non-twist" for me (for the last document to just be a short note, rather than a huge twist). I wish there was more to the story as it feels a little disconnected at the moment but it still made me go "huh", so good job on that.
SCP-4347's weight and height are within normal parameters, showing no physical deviation from non-anomalous Capra aegagrus hircus.
Conservation of detail: you already told us it was a domesticated goat, so if you don't say anything about its weight/height, we'll assume it's normal. You have several redundant bits of info like this which could be cleaned up.

Mm Mm Good
Whoops.
As others have said, the food sense, food intelligence, and soul headbutt do feel a bit disconnected. With that said, they all help the goat get food, so it's pretty forgivable.
Can't really find any other flaws, and it's a fun little scip.
+1
It is with a heavy heart that I announce Betty White the goat has passed away from a unknown illnesses on 1/1/2024. You will be missed.
Rest in peace, may her ghost self be happily headbutting ghost people for ghost sandwiches.
