It's not a bad idea, and it's kind of fun. The article has potential.
The problem is that it's too low-effort. 076-2 sounds like a parody; 682 is a more interesting parody, but still a parody; the choice of only 076-2 and 682 are forced. Why just those two SCPs? Obviously, because it's low-effort; a lazy writing decision. Also, the Foundation's decision to expose this SCP to 076-2 and 682 is insufficiently justified — no, it's simply not justified, which is cartoon logic.
I am totally on board with using those two SCPs given sufficient justification, but you do need to put in the effort to make them work.
Also, it's frankly shameful to cross-test with only two popular Series 1 SCPs when you're writing post-2010, and you are. If you're going to use those two, cross-reference some Series 2 and 3 SCPs as well.
And stuff like "SCP-2337 begins yodeling for five consecutive minutes" isn't believable outside a -J unless the rest already feels believable. And that's not the case here.
