IT'S FINALLY HERE!
Seeing this slowly coming together for the last many months has been great, all the countless hours of many authors for the past who knows how long is now in one place for all to enjoy.
IT'S UP! \o/
I have to say, Ad Astra is an absolute BLAST to read and contribute to! This is, of course, due to the solid writing and diligence on the part of its many contributors; the wealth of science fiction/space opera concepts and narratives to choose from; and the hard work of Nat for arranging everything and tying it all together, and acting as an ever-present source of ideas and feedback along the way. It's really thrilling to see this up and I can't wait to see what people contribute in the future.
+1 to infinity and beyond to the stars through hardship!
As a translator and reader from Chinese branch and a loyal fan of Broken Masquerade Canon and Ad Astra Per Aspera Canon. I'd Focus on the sandbox page of AAPA since Nov 2018. It's my great pleasure and honor to be able to witness the releasing of AAPA.
I would like to offer my sincere congratulations to you!
It's my honor to have chance to translate the AAPA HUB into Chinese, and now this work was done, I will updating the Chinese AAPA HUB whenever you updated the original page.
Thanks for all of you! Thanks for all you’ve done! ~\(^o^)/~

Like Simon, I'm a loyal fan of Ad Astra from Spanish branch. I waited patiently for seeing this live. The whole world needs to see this!
Congratulations!
Excellent to finally see this up! It was very clearly a labour of love on your part, and it definitely shows; you done did good with this one, Nat.
Happy to see this hub up finally.
I do have one question related to the “related continuities” section. With respect to Third Law, the only real connections to it, besides the tech, are the general events correct? Things like the AOI-Obskura conflict and the rise and fall of Prometheus Labs.
That's the case. Smaller scale events from individual articles could be canon to AAPA, but that's dependent on a lot of other factors with AAPA's content so it isn't set in stone.
I have not read all of articles yet, but this hub itself deserve +1.
This reminds me nice and old hard SF thingys including Space Fantasia 2001. Space is always good and legitimate.
Heh, nice to see that style shows through. I'd be lying if I said 2001 and Arthur C. Clarke's style of sci-fi as a whole hasn't influenced my writing.
Space Fantasia 2001 is a Japanese SF manga by Hoshino Yukinobu. It was seriously affected by 2001 Space Odyssey by Clarke, though has quite different imagery. I'm certain that you must be like it if you love Odyssey.
Ohhhh I've never actually heard of that before. I'll check it out when I get the chance.
