I do like the concept of anomalous celebrity hype, but I'm novoting for the reason that despite its strange nature, before the test, SCP-4613 wouldn't have been identifiable as an anomaly. What you describe is out of place, but not nearly impossible human behavior, and while they find out later that it is in fact more than it first seems, I'm not convinced that the Foundation would even try doing tests on this unless there was more to the base anomaly.

I briefly considered this, but then I thought about how it has actual effects on the memory of attendees (at least inasmuch as they leave before the event concludes) and that social media data would show these "hoaxes" occurring far more often for one individual than anyone else.

That's more than enough to pique Foundation interest and get them to investigate more, and once they do it's not a huge leap to notice that people are having their memories affected.

It was a concern of mine going in, and I very much appreciate the feedback, but I don't know that it's as serious a problem as you think.

I really like this, (I've written about the interaction between celebrity and the anomalous a couple of times myself) and it definitely leaves some fun questions on the table, but honestly you already had me when I saw the title.

It's funny. I checked to see if it was a -J, and it's not. I'm not sure if I like this as a main list article, as I second Henzoid's concerns. From a distance, this anomaly seems more like an internet meme.

I like how Olmos both expects the result of his appearance and isn't aware he is the potential cause. That and the Bladerunner reference in the MTF.

Olmos' reaction at the end is really what makes this article for me and I feel it could even be expanded on. Though the article does currently do a good job of not badgering the reader on the head with it.
The pun is also quite fun.

+ Minor nitpick

SCP-4613 sufferers

To me "sufferer" feels a bit dramatic for a clinical document. Perhaps victim, subject, or affected subject would be more appropriate? Might just be a personal preference though.
