Why is this still on the site? I feel like the disabled ratings are the only reason it wasn't deleted a long time ago.
Same reason as any of the D's. Something to look at and not do.

Okay, this thing is hilariously bad. I was a bit underwhelmed by the addendum, though, so if anyone can think of a way to make this funnier, please go forward. Not like it was bad, but it's nothing compared to the Man of War and the Self-Insert Cyborg.
That said, am I the only person that would find it extremely chuckleworthy to upload a taxidermy-fail as a picture? Something like what you can find here: http://xaxor.com/bizarre/wtf-taxidermy-fails.html
As per a shift in staff policy delineated here, all -D SCPs without their own dedicated decommissioning tales are retagged as "tale" and entered into voting contention. This SCP is among those. Personally, I like the idea, and think that it's salvageable. With some effort, and some additional anomalies aside from just the fact that it can talk, it could work out.
Something tells me that after this guy was terminated, his eternal soul went to hell, had a deal with Satan, turned into a demon, and then cursed his own SCP number in order to get revenge on the foundation. I mean, not all dogs go to heaven, am I right?

I still dont understand why is this -ARC instead of -D, at least that makes more sense (even if its not used anymore)
