When Zyn offered to co-author, I was ecstatic. I’ve learned so much from working with her about working with others on articles, and a little bit about SCP writing in general! The experience has been a pleasant one! Her ideas really brought out the best in this concept!

So many thanks to all our reviewers in chat! Please let us know if your name needs to be added to the list of reviewers; we really appreciate everyone who read over the drafts during each review pass and want to make sure you're all credited!

This has been in the works for… goodness, months even. Mew-ltiverse has been an absolute saint in dealing with my busy schedule. The draft has progressed a fair bit from the initial iteration.

We wanted this to be a wholesome, sort of scavenger-hunt feel article with a slight bittersweetness to it since it inherently involves a person needing to find caretakers for their beloved pets, as well as a wish for future generations to take care of the locations they held dear during their explorations of the world.

Thanks again to everyone who read/reads this! We hope you enjoy it. :)

Hey! I really liked this, but as an archaeologist I do recommend you change the containment procedures to requiring a paleontologist rather than an archaeologist. Archaeologists don’t work with these kinds of fossils as we only study human history, and I don’t know shit about dinosaurs and the like haha

Glad you liked the article! I've edited the containment to read, "Each instance is to be professionally maintained by a researcher with field experience in paleontology." Does this address the discrepancy?

A question. Why this article doesn't have the tag dinosaurian?

I know than the instances aren't living organism, but only the "medium" whereby the PoI "tell his story", however they also are remains of dinosaurs.

Curiosly, I cannot find the tag "dinosaurian" in the tag guide: http://05command.wikidot.com/tag-guide

Whoops! I was using the current Tag Guide as a reference, so it might not have the more recently added tags. Thanks for pointing that out! I have added the missing tag.
