Here's a long-ass article that's been sitting around in my sandboxes for far too long. I was originally planning on posting this last year, but during revisions I set about on a grandiose plan to make one of the longest SCPs on the wiki. Needless to say that didn't end up happening, and I decided to take the part of the draft I knew were solid, revise, and post. So here it is!
