Hi Cutefish, I was wondering why there is only 18 D-Class personnel in an area the size of an entire floor of personnel residence that would easily contain 43 people comfortably. I personally believe that there should be more. D-Class are often placed in smaller holding cells similar to that of a prison, and would easily fit up to 100 D-Class. Maybe most of the cells are empty, that's all up to you.
I fixed the number to be a little bigger.
Also I think some of the non-D-Class personnel could live off-site and drive to work.
Considering that the site is probably a significant distance away from any towns or cities, I am unsure, but thanks for the consideration.
This is tagged as experiment; however, the tag guide says that is only to be used alongside pages tagged supplement. Since the top of the page says Site-19 Facility 23 Dossier, shouldn't it be tagged with site instead?

What does a pastel pink theme have to do with SCP-914, Site-19, or the page's subject matter?
Seconding this. I'm not sure what the theme has to do with the hub, and I'm also not a huge fan of it in general. The pink of the links is a bit too faint to legibly read, for one. The theme itself also imports BHL into itself, which is bad practice that should be avoided.
It's also heavily worth noting that since 914 and none of the actual supplements use this theme, it's incredibly jarring to go from the normal site theme to this, without a change in subject matter.

Thirding this. As well as being pretty difficult to read, 914 is super grey and metallic in colour. So a theme which contrasts with it this much, for no reason other than you wanting to use the theme, doesn't really work for me.
My concerns about it being jarring to have this be Black Highlighter while the rest of 914 is not still stand. I understand this has been the case for some months, but a Hub should not have an entirely different appearance than the eleven articles it serves as a hub for. It's jarring to go from 914 (Sigma-9) to this hub (BHL) to any of the individual logs (Sigma-9). It feels out of place, and doesn't work.
