So, I was reading 048-J, and I saw that the number of onsite personnel killed in the first log must have been at least one billion people, which meant that at least a seventh of the world's population worked for the Foundation. Then I remembered a certain user who always said that they disliked the GOI's because it made the world so crowded with anomalies that it would've been impossible to keep it all a secret. Two hours later I had this.
Utterly ridiculous, of course, but it was still pretty funny.
if your reading this your gay
You know that thing about "there is no canon"? This should be the one thing allowed to break that guideline.
Motherfucker. You pulled this off so much better than it should have been pulled off.
I still feel just a bit disappointed, because it barely goes deeper into the implications of this and how much of an impact this really is on the world as a whole, but with the level of writing here, I can overlook this, even if I'm saddened that it's, well, not touched on.
This is marvelous.
“Dammit!” the Critic shouted. “How many times have I said not to fucking do that? What is the fucking point of making work that kills anyone who looks at it? The whole damn point of art is to send a message! How the hell can your audience get anything from a piece when it rips their heads off and shoves it in their asses or some shit? That’s not art, it’s fucking bullshit!”
After a few moments, the artist quavered, “s-so… I should make it so the button gets rid of people whose art killed people?”
This is where I upvoted. though the whole thing is brilliant and hillarious.
