Neutralized SCPs still have their articles stay, but I think question applies more to if this should still stay since Clef's retcon.

Then again, they did decide to keep the affected articles for a laugh…

2) It is made of telekill. Researchers like telekill.
3) It was used by Clef. We like Clef.

Cyclopian, this does not contribute in any positive way towards anyone's ability to improve this SCP. You need to reread the Criticism Policy to get an idea of what sorts of comments in SCP discussion boards are acceptable. Please do not behave in this fashion in the future.
