This is just… I dunno, boring. It's like you took the standard 'indestructible killing machine' cliché, then took away the killing machine part that actually makes it interesting.

Well, it had to be destructible (or at least have a natural die-off timer) for this to be safer…
Not even Able is able to defeat this if it doen't have some sort of natural predator… or unnatural predator…
When did Able become the guy who can kill everything and the Most Powerful SCP?
I was looking at the fact that a lot of the invincible items have that ability almost as a afterthought. Plus, many of them are "+4 items of coolness" or guys what fight good. I wanted to make something where the invincibility was the major issue, as apposed to it being one of several other powers.
In addition, doing a edit after a discussion with with my wife, where she asked "what happens if you breathe in a spore?"

Reminds me a bit of a Stephen King story I read a long while ago…
And that segment of Creepshow with the alien plant/moss thing that infested a small farm and it's owner…which also, coincidentally was written by and starred Stephen King…
