this is a neat scp :3

+ a few minor things:

• incident logs/test logs formatting stuff:
  • personally, i feel like the incident logs/test logs should be formatted as quotes to make them more distinct from the standard stuff
  • the "4277-1: Test Log:" and "4277-2: Incident Log:" titles made to stand out as titles more
  • i'd also be tempted to suggest a different numbering scheme to distinguish them from the SCP designations 4277-1 and 4277-2
• SCP-XXXX-2 reference at start of test log
• "Note: These SCP-4277-2 instances excelled in firing-range tests but has been deemed impractical for manufacture." should use "have" instead of "has"
• Incident 3's date should be bold for consistency

Hey this reminds me a lot of Series II, which is a hit of nostalgia I’ve not had in a while. Also, upvote for using IJAMEA and doing some geopolitical stuff that’s not American or European.

This has so much potential and I feel it should be fleshed out. Maybe we could see the full catalogue of bullet species, some more cross tests, genetic analysis, attempts by the Foundation to make use of it (possibly manufacturing expensive projectiles on the cheap), etc. The part about the CI using and spreading the plants in developing, war-torn areas was very clever though.

Thanks! As for fleshing it out, I prefer to suggest to the reader that testing like genetic analysis and extensive cross-testing has taken place without explicitly stating it as I personally don't enjoy reading long repetitive lists. This way I hope the reader is inspired to fill in the gaps with their own imagination.

I bet you could get things like tank shells. Also I would be a little worried that I would be giving the enemy ammo if I'm going to be using it in a war on enemy soil but I'm sure that with some genetic modification that you could make the ammo not spread spores like they do with seedless watermelon.
