The Ursus Maritimus Incident: The origin of WWS (Now with a new ending!)

So I had wrote a big important author post for this when it was up the first time, but I forgot what I wrote, so you get this instead.

This is a part of trilogy along with On The Radar and UIU File: 008-21 that tells the origins of Wilson's Wildlife Solutions as we know it today. This is the Ursus Maritimus behind the "Ursus Maritimus Incident".
