I know right? I can't really explain why. The SCP wiki doesn't really strike me as something which would please a gender over an other.

There are things that appeal more to men.

Or there are more men in this section on the Internet.

Sometimes there is no answer or a short one.

There's also the potential factor of ladies maybe not being as interested in taking the survey. These responses are based on the population of those who filled out the survey, not the entirety of the SCP on-and-offsite community.

I also want to extend my deepest gratitude to MayD and taylor_itkin for spearheading, organizing, and taking the lead on this project. Fantastic work, both of you.

I don't know what any of this survey has to do with political correctness.

EDIT: Ah. I'm pretty sure that's staff's way of just saying that they'll continue to do what they've done for the past few years and moderate slurs and flaming; that sort of thing isn't really being politically correct as much as it is running a decent site.

Good work on getting this done. I did the survey of 2 years and it was always a slog to get through. Really just burying your head in data for three days and sorting it out. So not an easy job at all, since this is all volunteer work.

Now all we need is for someone to do a 5-year summary of the site based on survey results to see how much we've changed.
