deer might not have a tag yet (COUGH COUGH) but it does have deer now has a tag AND a got dam hub, complete with Even More World Building, as is my modus operandi.

big ol thank you to GreenWolf (Finding a Scalpel) and A Random Day (SCP-3780) for taking a look at this.

oh and the motto means "Behold, Plato's Man" and it's what Diogenes of Sinope shouted when he chucked a plucked chicken into the Academy after Plato defined "Man" as "a featherless biped". well. he shouted it in Greek, but latin is more accessible because it at least uses the same alphabet as english.

not yet; yes, but that can't happen until there's a tag for it; I've requested a tag, but the tech team has been too busy with other stuff to go through the tag request thread.

I don't really like this group of interest… It's an amalgame of many other GoI…
The idea of an other-dimension university ? Alexylva.
Anartists ? AWCY.
Between the dimensions ? The Library, Alexylva, New Portland.

Sorry, but downvote for me, a GoI need more originallity.

i feel that some of these are a bit off their mark. Other dimension University? Sure, they both are. But Deer is other dimensional in the same way the 3P is other dimensional. I.e. very rooted in baseline (Deer is even built on the ghosts of the founders of baseline Reed, not sure which “other dimension” they came from) and is an extra dimensional space for stuff. While alexylva is actually another (and seperate) dimension. And is a tad bit more Roman Empire than academy in my eyes.
The library comparison is also a bit unfair, Deer is almost a part of the Portlands. And Anart is more than AWCY?.
Well, I think deer has quite a lot of distinct qualities that makes it seperate from what you have mentioned.

What is interesting is that they refer to the SCP organization as the Janitors, which sounds like the Serpent's Hand calling the organization 'Jailers'. Seems like Deer may have some influence from the Serpent's Hand (more than just a Way in the basement)
