I get that you want to hit on a fear, especially one that may have hit close to home but there's little here to personalize that fear. Its random, indiscriminate and rare. This would be more sinister, creepy and worrisome if there was a hint to a source or intelligence doing this.
Odds of this thing throwing you to the sky is 1 in ~3 billion (or total number of people outside, and on the planet). Odds of getting hit by a car and killed, 1 in ~42,000. So for an odds standpoint i'm more terrified of coconuts falling on me.
Hypoxia will start hitting around 5000m, take less than two minutes to fall up to that point. Another minute and there won't be enough oxygen to think clearly at all. It would be nice if your video showed this. A victim will lose their mind, probably think everything is ok, fine, and just want to sleep. But reality is their brain is dying and can't put together they are being strangled and frozen to death. They won't be conscious past the 12 km point. (Edge of atmos is 100 km. Being anti-gravity'd to death is a cruel and fairly quick death.
Just some thoughts! Good on you for taking your fear and trying to make it into something!
