That birthday note was so god damn cute, I can just imagine people singing happy birthday to a book, only thing to make that better would be putting a hat on the book.

This rides the fine line between the ridiculiusness of the rituals and effects and the horror of anyone being able to perform these any where anytime and on accident. And it does so very well.

As a said in my critique I'm not only happy to see this on the main site but proud to know that my commentaries and remarks helped shape such a fine job.
When it comes to the SCP all I can say is: A good concept done in a remarkable manner reminiscing of early works in terms of simplicity and effectiveness in a nice straightforward manner.
When it comes to the author I can say: I really hope to see more of your works in the early future. Who knows, maybe The Multistore from Nowhere and Everywhere becomes the next big GOI and maybe you take off as a writer and become part of the wiki's history as one of the great ones. Whatever you do next is yours to decide and in the end, you will find that the only and final limit is yourself, but no matter what you do remember that sometimes you need to look back in order to move forward.
Edit: Sorry, when I saw that this was published I had to rush to the discussion to make a comment and apparently forgot to upvote, something I didn't forget to do was archiving this one in my personal collection.

Real weird, but I enjoyed it. I wish you would’ve included more in the Spells Addendum, but that’s just my thoughts.
One part could use some clarification however,
Failure to do so will cause the genitalia to be ripped out from the person’s body.
One, ouch, but who’s genitalia? The nearest person, as with some of the other effects?
Nevertheless, this gets my vote.
Failure to do so will cause the genitalia to be ripped out from the body of the nearest male and female human from SCP-4828.
