Ok, so, in the vein of a number of other faux-rewrites, this is my re-imagining of Titania's Prison, an article that once occupied the 032 spot before being deleted by its author. Some references here and there, and I think it worked out just fine.

Thanks to everybody (TwistedGears) who looked this over in chat, and to the original authors of the things that are¹ referenced throughout.

As always, your comments, critiques, and criticisms are always welcome!

Very good. I like that this references -1000. I'm not sure if it gets referenced in other Scips, since I don't read very many often.
I also assume that some of the captives are also references to other Scips. But I wouldn't know what they might be.

If I'm getting this, it's only Thaumiel because it contains objects that haven't even been classified yet, right? Also, I thought humanity was looked down upon by SCP-1000 and treated like animals. Why the designation of the Children of the Sun?

Two reasons, 1) -A isn't a 1000, so there's no reason they'd use the same terminology, and 2) when those animals suddenly rise up and overthrow your entire society, you might be willing to change up your opinion of them.

I'm not familiar with Quechan but I'm vaguely under the impression that Quechan probably doesn't really have a verbal indication for capital letters? I have that as my concern when reading this.

There's other languages that have indicators for the same thing we use capitalization to indicate without having the equivalent of capital letters- Ancient Egyptian used the Cartouche, and the Maya combined several symbols into a single compact tile, for instance.

They all represent that when you say a compound name like Children of the Sun out loud you say it differently, generally with a momentary pause or a slight vocal italicization, and compacted slightly. Thats why you pronounce it Ramses and not Ra Mus Es (Ra Bore Him) for instance.

I see I see, for a while I was not sure if the language had that kind of verbal indication. If so then w/e. I know in my head I wouldn't pronounce children of the sun much more differently capitals or no.

I'm a newbie so I dunno how much my comment means to anyone but it seems real odd that this was classified as Thaumiel. Can someone explain how this would be important enough to be classified at that level? I got the impression that as long as Foundation Members started helping with the upkeep and guarding they wont have much chance to escape.

Thaumiel isn't like, a level above Keter. If anything, it's off to the side. Thaumiel objects are objects used to contain other objects.

Not really, SCP 2000, SCP-1968 and SCP 179 (my favourite Thaumiels btw) are more about being highly classified even to most of the Foundation based on the nature of their abilities and roles. Usually thier ability to cause or prevent catastrophic events. This just seems like a prison. A prison with insanely powerful beings I'm assuming, but I dunno how that brings it up to Thaumiel. Or brings it across to Thaumiel, I should say.

I like this SCP itself, I just dont really like the classification.

I'm not liking the sudden preponderance of Thaumiels. Those should be used even more sparingly than Keter.

Overall, I wasn't too interested in this. It kind of seems like a -001 without quite enough there. That said, I really like the descriptions of the inmates at the end, and I think the 1000 cross-reference works. Mostly, I'm just wondering, if we're the Children of the Sun, who the hell are the Children of the Night?

That wasn't clear? I describe a catastrophic event that happened to the creators, and then link specifically to the document detailing that event. The title of the link is the title of that section in 1000.

Oh sweet. Upvoted. Though it's still tagged as Thaumiel.

I thought this would have been Keter, though I guess it depends on how escapable the prison is. I guess it's secure enough to be Euclid.

I don't know, I was just about to comment that I think it should be Thaumiel. According to the locked box test this is a box = Thaumiel. It has cells for Cain and Abel, so on that basis alone it ought to be considered, I'd think (Thaumiel in regards to those two skips).
