SCP-4062 is a liquid-metal substance that has similar compounds to bismuth. SCP-4062 moves about similar to an amoeba. SCP-4062's anomalous ability is to turn anything that it comes to touch into a similar version of SCP-4062, but will keep their original posture, even after touching SCP-4062. SCP-4062 can "infect", wood, steel, and other objects including human beings or animals. Despite this, SCP-4062 cannot "infect" glass hence its containment procedures. It is unknown how glass has a resistance against SCP-4062. Furthermore, personnel who come into contact of SCP-4062 are now referred as SCP-4062-1. SCP-4062's hardened state will once wear off within 24 hours and return into a liquid-metal like composition.

Then one single sound that made him kill them. The sound of the metal stick. Boom. His mother's lifeless body lay on the ground. Unsure of what he was doing, he grabbed one of the guards and ripped his throat open. Blood poured out of him. He didn't now what was happening. Something wasn't right, he wasn't himself. But he just let it happen. One by One, killing every living thing near him. He killed man after man, women after women. Until he saw it. The big, wide, open world. He ran to it, little balls flying past him. They would never hit him. That's just how it was. He ran, and ran, and screamed and screamed. He felt his mind go numb. Felt his body go numb. But something was there to keep it going. Then it happened. It spoke to him.

SCP 4986 is a small bottle of pills with a paper label on the outside reading “penis enlargement.” The pills inside SCP 4986 are now know as SCP 4986-1. All attempts to empty the bottle have failed. When subject who will now known as SCP 4986-1A consumes SCP 4986-1 nothing will happen for approximately 15 hours. When this 15 hours is up, a humanoid figure SCP 4986-2 will appear in the same room/area of SCP 4986-1A and Shoot SCP 4986-1A with what appears and works like a tranquilizer gun, the weapons effect will take place almost immediately. SCP 4986-1A will go unconscious and SCP 4986-2 will then [data expunged]

SCP-4151 is a humanoid creature standing at 177cm tall with a lattice-like pattern on it's skin and clothes. SCP-4151's face has no features. SCP-4151's origin is unknown. SCP-4151's body has been observed to be completely malleable and seemingly lack a bone structure. SCP-4151 is
unharmed by bullets, cuts, fire, acidic substances, blunt force trauma, and any sort of suffocation. SCP-4151 is not aggressive towards people or other SCPs.

SCP-4180 is a "Instant Hot Water Tap" created by VESTEL. After a raid to the factory, SCP-4180 captured successfully and explained after soem several tests.

SCP-4832 males (SCP-4832-A)are large, Wolf-like creatures weighing approximately 120Kg. They are 2m long and have consistent stripes on their fur. The fur changes colour with each item it has killed. The more an SCP-4832 male kills, the darker its fur becomes. SCP-4832 males have 10cm long teeth, with a circumference of 1cm. The eyes consist of 8 pupils and 1 iris. SCP-4832 males can see in Visible light (Much like humans) and also in heat-vision due to an unidentified material that forms their inner eye and skull.

SCP-4832’s species skeletal structure is the same as a wolfs but has much larger bones. SCP-4832’s can run up to speeds of 85KM an hour. The bone consists of a material much like Steel. However, it weighs far less. The organs of the Wolf are unknown, as the gut-sack surrounding such organs is extremely stretchy, but also fairly hard.

As a note, a Terrarium is not what you mean for this article. Perhaps a Vivarium is more appropriate. A terrarium is a small thing included for amphibians, reptiles, specific plants, etc. It's a tightly controlled, small environment. Vivariums can be big enclosures that are more apt to work here.
Grammar aside, the concept here is just flat out underdeveloped. In summary, these are just wolves that are really good at being hunters and aptly fits right into the pitfalls that critical feedback could have warned you about.
I'm not given any reason to care about the wolves, about the researchers, about any part of this story at all. That's right, I said story. SCP's are, at their core, stories disguised as technical documents. So a reader must be introduced to a main idea that takes them from the start to the end of the article, and it needs to have more to it than "I thought this was cool".

SCP-4089 is a pool of crystalline substance measuring about 0.8m at the widest diameter. The average surface area is about 20.3m² and estimated volume is 0.04m³. The dimensions of the anomaly fluctuate daily by up to 7.5cm. When any biological creature comes in contact with the anomaly, a crystalline film will cover the subject and will slowly start to leech into their skin. Over the next 24 hours, the subject's flesh and bones will be completely transformed into the SCP's crystal-like material.

You need all of it to go somewhere rather than "it's dangerous… but then it creates copies of itself… who have a secret temple… where an even more dangerous thing is made".

SCP-3821, A large spacial rift/wormhole, retaining the appearance of a red tinted cloud, of diameter 3.5 metres This rift seems to speak to certain members of staff, specifically, staff with level 04 clearance or higher. It speaks via telepathy, and speaks different words to all who hear it. As reported by Dr. Kanin, who spent years researching this rift and conducting experiments. The rift demands special sacrifices every 17 days, of which the objects required for sacrifce change every occasion and vary from human sacrifices to sacrifices of service. If the specific request are not met, the rift expands exponentially, and grows to a diameter of 30 metres. Rather than the usual 3.5 metre diameter, -20 and three staff votes.
SCP-4081 is a "Ludwig" brand drum set that has the ability to travel to inter dimensional worlds. If you come upon the radiation of the drum set, then it will mutate you to have drum stick hands. There is no possible way to change your hands back, unless you get them amputated or replaced with robotic arms. There is also a printer on the desk beside it, labeled as SCP-4081-2. The drum set lets you go any place that you would like. The paper that you print out from SCP-4081-2 will read notes that you must play in order to get to a specific place, -12 and three staff votes.
SCP-4269 is a drawn humanoid stick figure, with a height of approximately 10 cm and a width of approximately 6 cm. The piece of paper it is currently drawn on will be referred to as SCP-4269-A. SCP-4269 is a fully functional entity which possesses a level of intelligence similar with the one of a 8-year old human superior intelligence levels(see Incident I-4269-1) and capable of human-like movement within the boundaries of SCP-4269-A. SCP-4269 also possesses the ability to travel between sheets. If another piece of paper comes into contact with SCP-4269-A, SCP-4269 will be able to traverse between it and the new sheet. It should be noted that the entity has a tendency to locate and attempt to reach nearby paper sheets, with its interest increasing proportionally with the number of sheets present in the respective stack. It is unclear whether this is a desire to breach containment, or simply an affinity for paper.

This is almost exactly the same as SCP-085, except that it becomes A Thing That Kills You at the end. The writing is fine and your clinical tone is reasonable enough (it falls down a bit in a few places, and the seeming-incredulity at some of the test results is odd), but intentionally or not this is far too similar to one of the Series 1 classics with very little to make it stand out, so it's a downvote from me.
SCP-4091 resembles a human female of twenty eight (28) years of age. Born under the name Helena Johnson, it has fair skin, blonde hair and deep blue eyes. A small birthmark in the shape of a peach can be found on its hip. It loves books, particularly fantasy or Gothic classics. Its parents, the Johnsons, are a nightmare. It is not single.
SCP-4091 possesses extremely potent reality warping capabilities that only Dr Harrison is immune to. Dr Harrison theorized that their "love" is what prevents him from being affected.

SCP-4894 appears to be an ordinary Hampton Bay 48000 BTU stainless steel patio heater, with the only noticeable difference is that instead of containing fire, the head assembly contains a mixture of what appears to be magma, ice, and mercury (research is still ongoing to determine the nature of these elements and how they are interacting). SCP-4894 also seems to composed of a metal currently unknown to humanity. SCP-4894's most anomalous property, however is the ability to vastly and rapidly change the temperature of the area around it in a roughly 10m range at erratic intervals. temperatures emitted from SCP-4894 have been recorded at 2,034 Celsius to -1,576 Celsius.

This SCP has great story and potential, but the execution and grammar syntax can use some work.
To start, the first sentence in the article is grammatically incorrect. In the section where you specify the cell dimensions, I wouldn't scribble over the 6x6x6m dimensions since the paragraph not only looks cluttered, but also makes it a run-on sentence. Maybe to fix this try labelling the two containment procedures. (For example, SCP-106 has several containment revisions that lead up to the current containment procedures. See SCP-106 for a better understanding of what I mean.) I'll talk about grammar more in-depth later.
Secondly, in paragraph 2, you mention a fluctuation of temperature. You should specify what the cell temperature should be, as you can't really prevent a breach without knowing what temperatures are dangerous. It also improves the flow of the paragraph in general.
Now, onto the grammar. In paragraph 1, the material and thickness of (what I assume is) the walls is a little disorganized. You also don't specify what is 1.5 metres thick. Try saying something like "SCP-4894 is to be kept in a 10mx10mx10m containment unit composed of 1.5 metre-thick walls of carbon nanotube-lined tantalum-tungsten alloy." Also on the last sentence of Paragraph 1 you should mention that you need permission from Dr.[REDACTED] or level 3 clearance. In paragraph 3, don't forget that "pre-caution" is actually spelled as "precaution." Paragraph 4 line 7: you should put a comma both before AND after the word "however."
In paragraph 7, you mentioned some SCP subjects breached containment. I'd say that you replace the line "containment breach for SCPs [REDACTED]" for something like "containment breach for several SCP subjects." This is because the correction I'm suggesting reinforces the "clinical" tone of the article that SCP is notorious for, and also the current format kinda makes the reader think that you're about to list a bunch of SCPs. Not to mention the list would be unprofessionally put together. Finally, in paragraph 7, you say that everyone working on your SCP died, and that the main doctor died as well. I'd get rid of the doctor sentence since you already said everyone working on the SCP died. Other than this all, I think your SCP has great potential! :D
SCP-4068 is the remains of a Euclid-class entities human host. This entity was previously against the Foundation. It is believed that SCP-4068's physical form was simply a host, and does not represent the entity in full. However, the entity is unable to inhabit any other form, with the previous body being its only recorded habitat. SCP-4068 was first thought neutralised after its host was terminated, however for several months afterwards the corpse of SCP-4068's host was observed making slight movements. The corpse was dissected into small segments, and all movements ceased. This proved SCP-4068's incorporeal qualities.

SCP-4614 resembles a rose bush and was first discovered after it was the last surviving plant in a garden after a drought, paramedics were called to the premises after a number of occupants reported the sudden appearance of tumours, the foundation was shortly called once some of the paramedics also reported sudden tumours.

SCP-3593 is a hard copy book titled Stories To Warm Your Heart. The book is composed of various short, inspirational stories depicting individuals with troubled lives overcoming their obstacles or being granted help from outside sources. The dust jacket describes it as a "wonderful collection of true stories that will be sure to warm your heart! This time, it's all 4 volumes together!". SCP-3593's anomalous properties activate once a story has been completely read. Upon completion of a story, the text of SCP-3593 alters itself to write a message to the reader. If the reader does not show a significant emotional response to the story or does not agree with or has broken SCP-3593's moral code, they will have their hearts removed and replaced with an object of SCP-3593's choosing. Objects chosen as replacements for the heart have demonstrated a deliberate and conspicuous connection to the reader's history. The heart replacements also function as well as a normal heart would, pumping blood throughout the body and supplying oxygen and nutrients to tissues, with the only notable difference being that the subject experiences significant physical pain.

I remember critting this article about a week ago. While it looks you've taken some of the advice you were given on some of the wording and grammar, the table is more or less unchanged and you don't appear to have done anything with the meat of this SCP versus what I saw a week ago.
The table is big and weird, and there's no flow to developing the story here. You just kind of info-dump with the table and it really strains and emotional interest I may have been able to have. The "twist" ending here doesnt work for me at all either. If you want to establish the rules of the SCP, dont then end the article by breaking them.
This would need substantial revision to get my vote. -1 from me.
The main issue I find with this SCP is that it doesn't really make me feel anything. I don't agree with the set of morals the SCP holds, and I don't really feel bad for the people getting hurt. I just feel in the middle of this. You don't have the buildup to make me care about the people losing their hearts.
You also seem to just jump from one point to another without much consideration. You move from murder to embezzlement to abortion to disagreement with the entity. This feels very disorganized and doesn't really seem like the foundation would want to continue this. The foundation is cold, not cruel; so them just letting D-class go through terrible pain makes no sense. I also would not expect them to just expect this reality-bending SCP to not be able to attack others. That really makes the foundation look incompetent, which goes against many user's head-canon.
You also give some opinions that are also quite touchy for many people (such as the abortion and child-beating portions) and use a very simple reasoning for much more complicated issues. This could seem like you are trivializing the moralistic issues of these actions (not saying child beating is ok, just that some users would not like to see the issue presented as it is. And I don't particular want to go into my opinions on abortion, but I will say that it is a touchy enough topic that you will get more downvotes by stating any opinions on it).
I think you just need some more time on the drafting forum before you can make this idea successful. With some work I think this could become something interesting, but as it currently is, I don't think it will currently work on the site. I would also recommend looking through this guide on things that do things to improve the testing log (if you decide to keep it in).
I downvoted because of casual abortion-as-shock and having a fetus in the heart. Abortion, miscarriage, and child death are things that can mess you up for life, and it's not handled well here at all. The same goes for the physical abuse.
SCP-1782 handled it more subtly, treated it with more care, and is still controversial. I wouldn't just throw it in as an effect.
SCP-4109 appears to be a set of six translucent rubber balls (referred to as SCP-4109-1, 4109-2, 4109-3, 4109-4, 4109-5, and 4109-6) covered in small rubber protrusions. Each ball appears identical excepting the color of the rubber.

its just sort of a generic "thing that does a thing" without any underlying narrative behind it. this would work way back in series I, but the site has in general moved past that and requires more mystery and cohesion for SCPs nowadays. it's also uninteresting in the fact that most of the balls are purely harmful and seem to have no underlying reason or cause for the damage they do other than just being a thing that is dangerous because it is.

All HABER2 personnel tested report the visual and auditory (testing of other senses is underway) presence of an entity when exposed to live or recorded footage of the cell's interior dating after 1997-██-██ (when the anomaly was discovered), or upon physical entry to the cell. This occurs regardless of their level of contact with other HABER2 personnel, indicating that the anomaly is not memetic.

SCP- 4103 is a humanoid male that strongly resembles a 12(twelve) year old child of 12 years old, measuring 1,5 m and weighing 39 kg. Besides its appearance, DNA tests reveal that SCP-4103’s genome is more similar to [Redacted] than that of Homo sapiens. It also appears to have some sort of albinism and some degree of autism, so it is recommended that experiments are conducted by women above 30 (thirty) years of age and with strong maternal affection, although this is not a requirement. For more information read Addendum 4103-B. SCP-4103 shows a constant memetic effect that allows it to feel other living beings emotions and to quickly develop countermeasures to calm the subjects that show sings of distress, rage, anger and sadness. For unknown reasons, this effect is more efficient in females or people that identify as such. This memetic effect is capable of escalating to the point of damaging structures, electronic equipment, and surrounding humans when in a state of distress; see Incident 4103-A.

I personally don't mind, but I am assuming there are many people who will not like this inclusion of SCP-096, because it kind of feels like you are including famous SCP without any real valid reason. How I said before, I don't mind that SCP-096 is included, but in the future you might consider making an addendum which classifies SCP-4103 as "Thaumiel" since SCP-4103 can be used to contain SCP-096 and can be controled easily, making it useful to the foundation
The issue I see with this entry is that SCP 4103 is that it's a little too perfect. To start with some major upsets, internet should not be allowed to any SCP entities. It's a breach of security, especially when combined with both allowing it free roam of the facility and to assist in re-containing breaches. To me, this SCP feels like a super powered SCP-999. If you take a look at this guide you'll see that 4103 appears to be an Xmen, he essentially has an incredibly useful power that he can use at will, with no draw back.
I do like the idea of a child who can read the emotions of those around them, reminds me of River from Firefly, but I think they need to be powered down considerably to be viable. The best example of this is Addendum-4103-C. I view the lower numbered SCPs as marking points. Nothing can kill 682, nothing can stop 096, so on. By having 4103 stop 096 so easily, it makes them simply too useful to the foundation.
My advice would be to read up on the guide I linked. Humanoid SCP's are tricky, and to give you credit you did handle some of 4103's aspects well. You treated 4103 as a tool, which is how I believe the Foundation would treat it, the issue is that in this universe, that tool is too much of a fix all.

Enola is an entity claiming to be the soul of a man trapped inside a microwave. He possesses a very high intelligence especially in the functions and effects of radiation and heat on organic and inorganic matter.
He was collected from an electronics store in Celle, north Germany after an incident involving Enola telling a member of staff (the following is translated to English) "Oh please dear God unplug me, hey you there with the spikey hair, yeah you kid, would you mind unplugging me?" the child aged 8 then proceeded to approach the microwave where he was blasted with a burst of radiation and died in 3 days from radiation poisoning, when the corpse was investigated it was emitting 5,750 roentgens, which proved fatal to staff who stayed near the body too long.

SCP-4630 is a skinny humanoid entity with no visual hair. The entity stands of about 7.15 meters in height with little muscle mass. SCP-4630 was discovered from a [DATA REDACTED] but origin is still unknown. The entities arms lengths up to its knees, and has claws 1 meter long. SCP-4630 has curved in sharp teeth with possible speech and facial expressions but is most of the time with a big grin stretching to where it’s lack of ears are. The entity has black skin, with luminous white eyes and secretes black like steam which seems to cause burn marks to the entities skin. SCP-4630’s skin seems to be of a unknown element.

This is extremely similar to 096. Aside from the grammatical errors, repetition, and failure to correctly use foundation lingo or whatever it’s called, this article’s biggest flaw is that it’s so clearly a ripoff 096. Even the recovery log is similar. Furthermore, I fail to see why multiple types of military helicopter, a weaponized drone, and absolute chaos are all necessary for the recovery, considering 096 seemed to be bit less crazy to take care of.
I still don't get why people think these lame SCP-096/Slenderman clones are going to work. 096 works as a character due to how simple it is, whereas this one is complicated as hell. Also, the various attached logs are nowhere near as compelling.
SCP-4244 appears to be a puddle of flesh featureless flesh with texture and consistency described to be that of a similar to raw chicken meat. SCP-4244 volume normally measures 10.2 liters but is a subject to subtle change during SCP-4244-1 creation. SCP-4244 surface is made out of skin cells, with the notable difference being their high thickness and permeability.

First of all, when you clicked on the "[ACCESS DENIED]" page you saw a notice which very clearly states the main site is for summary judgement of final work and that site members are not required to justify or explain their votes. Asking in this thread kinda makes it seem like you didn't read the notice.
That said, I'll go ahead and explain mine. Your SCP falls into a few of the common pitfalls that new writers fall into. Your special containment procedures are overly specific, your description meanders directionlessly, contains too much irrelevant detail, and has a general lack of flow since you break almost every sentence with parentheses. The same goes for your anomaly and sub-anomalies.
The article also contains multiple Series I tropes. The number (#) format, blackboxing, generic monsters, and general formatting are all outdated and scarcely seen in more recent articles. I highly recommend checking out some of the user-curated lists and the Foundation Awards to get a feel for what the community wants more of.
Perhaps most damning of all is that the pacing is very poor. There's no tension or progression at all in the draft until the last few paragraphs. At that point it's not a big enough payoff for me to change my mind about your SCP. SCPs are not scientific reports, they are stories in a weird format. Early works managed to get away with not having a narrative since their worldbuilding was more than enough. Today we have enough of those articles, and the wiki craves something new.
You shouldn't compare your article to the +2000's. These are SCPs that are popular from a historical standpoint, and they don't reflect the current standards of the site. Only 5 articles have a +2000 rating, and all of them (with one exception) are from 7+ years ago. I highly recommend reading more articles from the past year to get a better grasp of the site's current standards.
As users previously mentioned the critique you received on the forum was not up to the site's criticism policy. It's unfortunate, but no review is not equal to a good review. You should take an active approach to get criticism on your work via IRC or sending a PM to a member of the crit team when things like this occur.

I eventually started skimming this so I'm not going individually list all the issues I noticed, but you have a lot of spelling, punctuation and grammar issues as well a lot of places where the word choice is just odd. Your whole "Level 2 Clearance required" part at the top doesn't seem to be relevant to the article and thus is just extra noise, and the photos in the article seem to be lacking any context.
You also go into a lot of detail about aspects of this thing that just aren't very interesting. For example, your Containment Procedures alone are probably two or three times longer than they need to be, and your Description shares similar issues (including sections of seemingly contradictory information).
Unfortunately, the base concept itself just isn't particularly interesting either. A mass of flesh that makes other masses of flesh that attack things. It's possible that the event logs and addendums and everything make this more interesting but as I said, I'd already started skimming by that point - inability to hold the readers attention is a big issue for any article. A lot of these issues would have been caught by some proper feedback but it looks like you got a little unlucky on the forums in that regard.
My advice for the future is to talk to some people about your concept first, to really work out what it is you want to write, before you start spending time writing something that might not work. You can do this on the Brainstorming forums or on IRC, but I'd definitely recommend working out in advance specifically what you want to write about and how it will be interesting to the people reading it. Then, getting feedback, which is always important. I understand that it can be slow and frustrating to do (especially since ideally you should get more than one person to look at it), but as I said, a lot of the issues you have here could have been resolved with some good feedback.

So I downvoted this article pretty soon into it because it has a lot of errors when it comes to spelling/grammar, and keeping a clinical tone. SCP's are generally supposed to be written with a mindset that the page being read is a professional report on the object/event/etc the article's about. So when you include a description that comes off as less professional, and more like prose such as "the MTF Epsilon-6 came upon a large fleshy creature in the nearby [Name Missing] woods" it harms the readers ability to remain engaged.
Beyond that issue it there isn't really a whole lot interesting here. It all felt like a kind of generically aggressive thing with no real reason for existing, or doing what it does. Which doesn't mean it is impossible to make the idea work, but it needs something more than just a brief encounter with undeveloped mtf units and body horror to make it work.
There was some interesting mental imagery here. I'm a real sucker for things that look like moose/deer that end up very much not being a moose/deer.
This isn't meant to come off as super negative, and I'm sorry if it did. I can tell that a lot of effort went into this, and I hope that you get a few more eyes on either the next thing your write, or the next version of this article to help you make something truly special!

When opened it will come up with the first book ever written to the latest book ever written (At that point in time) the book is always up to date. It contains every book every written including diary’s. It is believed to infinite pages but only appears to have about 100.

There are some pretty big format problems here. The item # should be the SCP number so it should be Item #: SCP-4062. Also, updated containment procedures should just be included with the regular containment procedures, and shouldn't be specified. If you want both old and new containment procedures, then just strikethrough the old procedure before stating the new procedures.
Also, [Redacted] should be in [] rather than <>. When censoring an SCP number or a Site number you should be a █ rather than a [Redacted]. examples are SCP-████ or Site-██.
I also think you miss characterized the O5 council. Even SCPs that are risks to the foundation in more destructive ways than information leakage, are contained not destroyed. The only SCP that the foundation REALLY wants dead is 682. Plus this SCP is an absolute jackpot of information, for free! There is no way in HECK that the foundation would throw something like that away.
I like the idea but the format needs some work.
First off, how did Doctor Bright read through the whole book to just find some tiny notes, I thought you said the book had infinite pages. And also, the SCP Foundation would not destroy this book, it is a pretty much endless source of information about everything. It is an interesting idea, but due to the inconsistencies with this SCP, its a -1 from me.
This SCP idea could work, but the format is in desperate need of a re-write. If you really want this SCP to be a good one, first of all, work on your grammar.
Second, read other SCPs to get an idea of how to write one and also check out the "Guides and Essays" tab to learn more about it.
It's an interesting SCP but there are several mistakes and many things wrong with this. It's a -1 from me.
A book containing everything written, while not really infinite, would require people to have an enormous amount of time to find anything relevant from it. So this could fall into anyone's hands and they would likely not be able to find anything about the Foundation records, or pretty much any given subject.
Also, your article really does not do anything with the concept other than "ooooh, look at how dangerous it'd be if people found it". It's an overall boring article.
