Ultimately, I like this - there are a couple things that bug me though.
that plays only FPA Preadolescent Programming.
I don't really like the shortcut and the capitalization. Saying "recorded broadcasts and programming fit for preadolescent viewing" would fit better.
Also, do SCP-2650-1 age normally or not?

Fixed the percent and changed the television issues. Kept the capsule rations because it fits with my personal headcanon(and I like it).
Also, the children do not age. They are like SCP-2650-B in every way except behavior and age.
As a child, only two things scared me: Slappy from Goosebumps and my father's threats to sell me to the orphanage. He knew how to inspire discipline.

Agreed. It's already obvious that he targets children for the anomalous effects which is creepy enough. Further stating that he's a child predator is extraneous shock and squick to me.
It should be made clear why NO personal are allowed contact if 2650 only targets pre-adolescents.
Will remove the child predator bit. As for why personnel are not allowed, they don't want him getting up and performing every time they deliver food. I imagine it grates on people's nerves after a while.

That was also bothering me. From everything else in the article, I assume it just means they share his behavior, but I was wondering if the brain thing was also true.
I meant that the children also had the 'brain thing' and their own brain puppets, but their behavior was different from SCP-2650-B.
I edited the article to clarify that.
