God, it's been forever since I've done one of these… but all right, here we go. The challenge is thus:
In this post, drop a repost with your most off the wall, never thought it could be done SCP idea. Please keep the idea to a maximum of three sentences.
Then, sit back, wait a while, and, if you posted an idea… Claim someone elses, and try to make it work.
Please reply to said idea once you've claimed it, let's see how this goes!

It has not been used yet and there is a very good reason for that. It is not a good idea at all. In fact, it's rather offensive.
Kinda weird, but I really don't see how it's offensive.

Stickers that are activated by some predetermined action, like whistling or talking about a movie, within a certain radius. When activated, the stickers randomly grab something from somewhere else on the planet and teleport it to the vicinity of the sticker. Anything from a pound of marine snow to a swarm of Africanized bees to a hoola-hoop.
All fathers who have abandoned their families by saying they were going to the store for a pack of cigarettes are discovered to have disappeared entirely. This comes to the Foundation's attention when cigarette packs with milk-carton-style "Have you seen me?" inserts for the missing fathers begin to appear.

A smooth, brightly colored stone that, when touched, warps you a forward or backward a specific incriment of time. There are multiple stones. The stone currently possessed by the SCP Foundation warps you two days before the day after tomorrow.

A bamboo sword that has the ability to cut through all known materials known to man except for my currently-in-drafting SCP's shell. Recovered after a man was holding people hostage in a convenience store with it, and several witnesses claim that it cut through solid stone "like a knife through butter".
All the lost dogs in the world are secretly partying in tunnels beneath the earth's crust. There's blackjack and hookers and rum-soaked doggie biscuits. Once a year a ceremonial procession goes around the world in style and gains recruits.
Claiming this one. However, I have a busy life and a lot on my plate, so don't expect Dog-Bender soon.
There is an AI that is completely self aware that is trying to take over the world. It recruited a magical pebble that can walk, think, and move around like a human. They are plotting to take over the world, and only a cat can stop them.

Ridiculously overpowered sheet of blank paper that, no matter what you draw on it, will cause whatever is drawn on it to happen. This includes text. Once the event has taken place, the sheet goes back to being blank.
Also, I have no idea if this is already a Skip. I've read enough of them that it may be and it's just hazy in my brain.

The Space Jam theme is secretly an audio-based power source for a spaceship, which gets more fuel every time the Space Jam or one of its Internet remixes is played. This spaceship is controlled by intelligent squash, who crashed on the planet and are trying to leave. They crashed on the planet while getting closeup video footage of mating squirrels for interplanetary pornography.
I don't know how or why. All I knew was Space Jam.
I was trying to avoid it at all costs, but now I can't. I claim this o_o)…
A telekinetic rainbow-patterned squid with oversized penises for tentacles. It is gluttonous, and uses its telekinesis to draw food to itself, which it then ingests through the penises' urethras. It also explodes whenever bread is ingested, each piece becoming another telekinetic penis squid.
I've seen enough hentai to know where this is going.

An article that doesn't have a main body, it only has supplement articles. Something happened to the main body to render it unreadable, but you can piece it together from how it's described in the supplements. It's a gimmick in search of an idea.

I had an idea of my own. (Someone poke me if this has been done before or isn't unique)
Speakers: When music is played through them they poor out an environment to suit the music. This environment is only seen, heard, and affects people that can hear the music.
You know those cheap chinese bootlegs, the ones that are super shitty? Chinese bootleg humans.
I think that I can work with this.
