I made a slight change, to avert what I see as a misconception of 732. See my post in the meta-thread.
Oddly enough, it is not unlikely that anything effected by 732 will end up well-written English. In fact, as less and less poorly written "carriers" of 732 survive, more and more will probably be well-written English (or French, or Japanese, etc.), because better grammar/spelling/structure mean better chances of blending in, and thus, survival.
One horrible aspect of this is false positives, i.e. assuming the real deal is a fake. Imagine the consequences of purging all records for SCP-040, or SCP-082…
