History: Dr. Mostevoy arrived at the Foundation on ██/██/████ following his anomalous aerial descent that resulted in his impact with Watchtower number 5 at Site-███. The incident caused structural damage to the tower upon contact. Notably, Dr. Mostevoy sustained no observable injuries. This apparent immunity to physical harm was later attributed to his possession of ███-████ ██████ ██ ████████ █████████ ███ anomalous runic symbols, which were confiscated later on.¹

Following the incident, Dr. Mostevoy was immediately detained by the security staff and brought to interrogation. During questioning, he identified himself as a former researcher of GoI-████ (███ ███ ████████). Dr. Mostevoy stated that he had deliberately sought contact with the Foundation by escaping from the ███ ███ ████████ through a teleporter device used by them, which relocated him 400 m above the site.² For that, he requested protection and asylum. In exchange, he offered to provide his expertise and services to the organization.

After six months of controlled detention, background verification, and assessment of intent, Foundation investigators determined that Dr. Mostevoy’s account was consistent with available intelligence. Upon completion of the evaluation process, he was authorized to reside under a fabricated civilian identity and was granted conditional employment within the Foundation. His position includes standard personnel privileges and benefits, subject to ongoing monitoring and security clearance restrictions.

Dr. Mostevoy is documented as a specialist in ontokinetic studies, with a professional focus on thaumatological research and applied symbolic manifestation. Preliminary observation suggests that he may be capable of reproducing localized thaumatological effects through the deliberate inscription or arrangement of written symbols.

Medical examination has confirmed the presence of multiple tattoos located across Dr. Mostevoy’s body. Their stylistic and structural characteristics indicate an origin traceable to █████████. When questioned, Dr. Mostevoy stated that he got them for "religious reasons," and further claims that the symbols provide a form of personal protection.

The only observable effect of these markings thus far seems to grant Dr. Mostevoy immunity to visual cognitohazards, which was confirmed through testing and several documented events (See Incident-████-78C-Epsilon).³ While the administration initially expressed concern regarding this, the effect has been assessed as secondary and non-disruptive, and no corrective or containment measures have been deemed necessary at this time.

Incident-████-78C-Epsilon

Forward: On ██/██/████ at 9:49 PM, SCP-████ breached containment at Site-███, resulting in the deaths of twelve personnel. During the breach, the entity left multiple lethal cognitohazardous symbols across interior walls and corridors throughout the facility, rendering navigation within the site extremely hazardous and preventing surviving staff from safely reaching designated evacuation shelters.

Dr. Mostevoy, who was present at the site at the time of the incident, voluntarily exited a secured area to locate the hazardous markings. Utilizing spray paint obtained from the janitorial storage room, he proceeded to obscure the symbols, neutralizing their visual effect and reopening viable evacuation routes. Following this action, Dr. Mostevoy assisted multiple personnel in safely navigating toward shelter areas until security response teams were able to re-establish control and contain SCP-████.

Following the incident, an internal review concluded that Dr. Mostevoy’s actions directly contributed to the safe evacuation of multiple personnel and prevented additional casualties. As a result, he was formally commended by the Site Director, and his personnel record was updated to include a Foundation Plaque of Valor.⁴ and he was reassigned to assist in subsequent research regarding SCP-████’s.
