ITEM # 18-8

COMPILED FROM EXHIBITS 4-8

The following is transcribed from various media sources found at <REDACTED> after the August 19th incident. The media was extracted from the personal devices of the subjects. Clarification notes are attached as needed, with full ongoing case notes in attached documentation. ID markers removed due to initial information control loss from law enforcement response. Primary subject item (PSI) as yet unidentified and uncontained. Elevation to higher protocol or special containment pending conformation.

Transcription initial notes: Record appears to follow urban exploration by individuals <REDACTED> ,(Subjects S1, S2, S3, S4, and S5, respectively) of the █████████ facility, noted to have been closed down since 1983 (see attached documentation (27-112-06) for detailed history). Incident appears to have been spurred by birthday of S3. Includes first documented encounter with current list primary subject item PSI-27-112 by multiple subjects. Investigation in to subjects background indicates no known connections or history of interest (see attached documentation (27-112-12))

blurry cell phone video, random light flashes, wind noise. Recording is presumably taken by S2 upon meeting with other subjects in parking lot of gas station
S2: Ayy fucker, how ya be, happy birthday, man.
S3: Thanks, been ages, I know, I appreciate it.
S2: Ya feel thirty yet, old man?
S3: Not really…how does thirty feel? How would you know, even, dumbass?
Laughter, indecipherable sounds of distant voices. Rise in volume and cloth sound indicate subjects approaching larger group
S3: Keep laughing fuckboy, you got less than a year.
S2: Naw, fuck all that, gonna jump off a cliff or something.
S3: Kate coming?
S2: Nooo, she thought this was dumb back when we used to do it, plus she's got classes.
S3: I wanna be upset…
S2: Oh shut the fuck up, don't-
S4: I have a mini keg!
S3: I see that! How much is left?
S2: We hit Super Liquor, and…aww fuck.
S3: What, what now?
S2: No, nothing, I just must have bumped some-

Collection of five to thirty second clips, ten in total. Subjects are shown to be in a sedan, traveling through a somewhat rural area at night (GPS data attached, see 27-112-14). Loud music, wind noise and multiple overlapping voices obscure most conversation. Decipherable portions as follows.
S3: Are you drunk already?
S5: No, I'm high!
S3: High?
S5: Hello!
S3: Oh we are gonna fucking die.

S2: Come on, say something!
S3: Don't be a fucking dipshit, get it down
S2: What? Come on!
S3: Never film a felony, fuckwit!
S2: Trespassing is a misdemeanor, an-

Eight second recording of the moon, subjects howling and yelling

S1: FUCKING CUNT, COME OVER HERE!
S3: Well it was fun, I-
S5: Gonna fuck you up big dog!

Slow zoom on structure, obscured by brush and darkness. Outline and GPS data match with <REDACTED>. No noted exterior anomalies at this time.

S2: There it is..
S3: There it is…fuck it's still so far…
S2: It just looks like it, it's actually pretty close.
S4: Hey, don't this place have like, watchmen and such, there's copper and shit in there
S3: No, no, just caretakers, nobody comes at night unless something happens
S4: Like minikegs and loud music?
S2: We're in bumblefuck, and we'll be deeper inside, don't start a fire and we're good.
S1: Think we can get through here
S3: Dope, thanks
S2: yep, yep

Collection of short videos, six in total, showing brush and various subjects moving through same. Conversation is minimal, and often too quiet to decipher. Single notable incident on clip four (see attached TIMECODE document for exact time). Exterior anomaly noted, streetlight on approach to facility. Item is not noted by subjects at time, and was not documented at any point after incident. No indication of street light having ever been installed at location.

Long pan through <REDACTED> primarily cabinets. Area shows physical degradation consistent with several decades of abandonment and exposure to elements. Subjects voices unintelligible due to distance, volume, and echo. No visible internal anomalies at this time.

Short clip of a desiccated dead raccoon. Surrounding detritus indicates body is inside facility

S4: Nasty…doesn't even stink anymore…sorry little dude

Video of S2, S3, and S5 struggling to climb scaffolding. Movement of various flashlights makes tracking subjects difficult. Subjects voices are unintelligible due to echo and distance

S1: Come on fuckers…there…there, man…
Unintelligible
S1: Well I fuckin' did it, didn't I? There, that blue part…
unintelligible
S1: Yeah, yeah, I'm tryin-

First internal anomaly noted. Doorway behind S3 does not appear on any blueprint of the facility, nor any documentation. Doorway not observed during post-incident containment and processing. (see attached anomaly listing)

Video of a long hall, lined on the left with windows, on the right with doors. Detritus on the floor and general decay of structure consistent with facility. View through windows difficult to determine due to dirt and general darkness. Hallway not consistent with facility layout. Connection to documented anomalies under investigation.

S3: What the hell is all this?
S2: Probably offices or something.
S3: No, no, this was…production is here, clerical would have been on the other side…
S2: So it's more offices they added later.
S3: This looks like a school or something. Look how it's laid out…I think we got turned around.
S2: So we go to the end, see if there's stairs, th-
S3: Oi, the fuck is…Shhhh, light, light, lit-

Video shows a room, presumably a former class or meeting room of some type. A damaged chalkboard is against one wall, and several desks, chairs, and other furnishings are piled and broken along the walls. A central area, approximately fifteen feet wide, has been cleared extensively. No dirt, garbage or other items are observable in this central space, beyond the wooden floor and PSI-27-112.

Object appears to be a large, ceramic egg, approximately five feet in height, with a similar width at the widest portion. The surface is visually similar to aged porcelain, showing significant micro-fracture crazing and discoloration. Only other observable feature is the large clown face sculpted across one side of the item. Face appears to have been consistent part of PSI-27-112, showing identical weathering, and no evidence of secondary addition. Face is deeply detailed, though not realistic. Coloration and expression consistent with “whiteface comedy clown” imagery (see attached datafile link PSI-27-112 – investigation). Item appears, during subjects interaction, to be very heavy, and have some sort of hollow space inside with mobile items capable of generating sound.

S3: What in the…holy…mother of fuck…
S2: I don't know, man…it…fuck…
S3: Could you imagine if Kurk was here?
S2: Oh, he'd have been out of the window already…what is it…
S3: Gotta be like…a mascot, or a prom-DON'T!
S2: it's been here this long, I an't gonna break it…fuck, it'd heavy, but like…balanced…what were those old toys?
S3: …what?
S2: Those ones, they wobble around when you mess with them.
S3: Oh, fuck, fuck…weebles, the little round bottom guys
S2: Yeah, yeah, it's like that…like it's heavy on the bottom. Why'd they make it outta glass?
S3: It's not, it's like…ceramic or something. Probably for like…a parade…or something, it…fuck that is weird.
S2: Cool as shit though. Think we can move it?
S3: Fuck no…probably sitting on a beam or something, we move it and it'll just smash through. Let's get everyone though, this is neat as fuck.
S2: Yeah, yeah…I wanna find stairs though, that climb was ass
S3: We can try that other part…yeah, listen…it's got like…what are those balls you roll in your hand?
S2: You mea-
S3: Fuck you, I mean like…they're asian, they're for like…acupressure or-

Note: video provides first documentation of PSI-27-112 effect. Subjects appear to be in a junction area connected to previous hall. As subjects move across space, a jingling sound can be heard, briefly. Both subjects immediately turn, and view PSI-27-112 with the face oriented at them, sitting in the center of the room. Disturbance of floor garbage indicates PSI-27-112 slid or dragged to current position. After eight seconds, PSI-27-112 then accelerates to an estimated 410MPH in six micro-seconds, colliding with S2 and coming to an instant halt one second after doing so. S2 functionally explodes due to intense kinetic force transfer. Noted that PSI-27-112 comes to a halt with the face oriented at S3, whereas previously it was oriented at S2.

S3: -on a pole, like the old Big Boy statues, yeah?
S2: It's so fucking creepy though, dude, why?
S3: Yeah, but did you ever…the fuck?
S2: did you…oh fuck. What. What.
S3: How…Did it roll?
S2: Maybe we d-
S3: inarticulate screaming

Video depicts what appears to be an empty storage or staging area. Subjects are observed using flashlights and speaking in unintelligible whispers. There is an abrupt, loud sound, as of a heavy weight moved rapidly across a floor, several times. All subjects freeze for six seconds, until PSI-27-112 breaches into area. Aspects of massive, near instant acceleration and breaking are observed, along with mid-air stoppage and apparent directed function. Noted, PSI-27-112 displays no dust, dirt, or bodily fluid anywhere on its surface during this event, and appears to be able to accelerate through all observed solid matter with no visual difficulty. Also noted, the jingling sound appears to occur during breaking.

S1: Oi, oi, shush shush shush…
S4: …the fuck was that…
S5: Could be the boys fucking about?
S1: With what, a fucking tractor? Wh-
