About Me

I'm just a Swedish pastry with an interest in writing, reading and teaching. I have a passion for equity in schools and the environment. I like all kinds of articles on the wiki but I generally have a preference against enabling too unrealistic concepts. I know everything on here is hella unrealistic but I believe there is a spectrum as well.

Underread Articles

I do this thing where I look through older and newer articles below a rating of 30 without many comments (or very old comments) and leave a crit just to try and bump the article in any direction toward a more fitting range.

This particular time, I recommend reading SCP-4418.

SCP-4418-1 and SCP-4418-2 begin to dance, with SCP-4418-1 lifting SCP-4418-2 into the air and spinning it in a clockwise formation. SCP-4418-1's hand appears to pass through SCP-4418-2's waist, although neither entity seems to notice. Agent Lamonté reports hearing muted fragments from Johann Strauss II's waltz "An der schönen blauen Donau."

My Articles

I have also produced text myself.

SCP OR TALE? TITLE DESCRIPTION NOTE
SCP-6746 Trollskogen 🌲 Action-exploration horror meets Scandinavian folklore. Co-authored with andromedaz andromedaz who was such a sport to work with!
SCP-5342 Midsomer Murders A parody of the famous British tv series. One of those, finish-in-one-sitting because it's so fun.
SCP-5439 Nose Itch Around this time it's been a boom of short articles. I got a nose itch one day and immediately thought of this scene under 500 words. Translated into Chinese by Claire Walker does not match any existing user name. Translated into Vietnamese by KirQKirQ.
SCP-5294 The Emancipatory Society for Middle-Aged Fathers Ever wondered where all the middle-aged dads come from? I wrote this simply because I think jokes about dads being useless are funny.
SCP-6201 Trolls This is not only an homage to the mythological creature but to those who were severely mistreated by Swedish authorities at the beginning of the 20th century. Also adapted to Youtube by Foundation Radio Drama. Many thanks for putting such an effort into reading my scip!
SCP-5930 The Bride of Christ If we would believe in an eternal life, would we be able to cherish it? This one is a cool concept that I used for the Cupidcon-contest. I was inspired by the Knutby sect where one person was murdered and another seriously wounded by one of the members after manipulation by the pastor in the Pentecostal church.
Tale Sister's Contribution A November-themed creepypasta about a sister nurturing her brothers with pieces of herself, literally.

The question of what mood that you find helpful for writing in general is interesting. It all depends on what setting you plan to write. For any type of writing I typically go with romantic classical composers such as Tchaikovsky, Chopin and Schubert.

Depending on the setting, you may use vastly different genres of music. The soundtrack from Zelda: BOTW as well as the calmer background music of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion works well for a lot of atmospheric settings. For childish, lighthearted pieces I believe bossa nova and Yoshi's Crafted World OST works quite well. For historical pieces I usually go with old folk, slavic or nordic.
