SCP Foundation: Once a young, agile, and small collective, the Foundation has grown to be one of the two most powerful veiled organizations in history. For the benefit of control and experience came the expense of inefficiency and hatred. The enemies are at the gates, and the illusion of control is slipping. The war of the shadows — our hail Mary — has begun, and you are right in the middle of it.

The Departments1:

RAISA: Publicly facing — the Foundation's archival branch. In secret, the Foundation's signal intelligence agency. Operating PANOPTICON and home to several AI farms, RAISA works to dominate the digital landscape to gain the upper hand. You never know who's looking from above.

Intelligence Agency: The true eyes of the Foundation. Long believed to be dead, their corpse never truly was buried. The Foundation requires discretion — a role the Agency fits well. They run a network of agents and informants across the world who operate outside regular command. A useful but dangerous agency, the O5s keep them at arm’s length at all times. You never know what happens in the shadows.

Internal Security Department: The Foundation has grown too big to keep secrets. Once, the "all-seeing O5s" ran the show, but they know when they're out of their league. When, for every "conspirator" they caught, three more went unseen, the Internal Security Department was born. Men of extreme loyalty to the Foundation alone, paranoia runs wild. They will do whatever it takes to ensure personnel stay in line. Those who deviate are… quickly corrected. You never know who you can trust.

Primary Mobile Task Forces:

MTF Beta-1 (“Cauterizers”): Created at the behest of the three departments, they represent the lower-level grunts of the intelligence community. Almost incapable of conducting intel on their own, they serve by enforcing the whims of those higher up. Authorized to conduct raids and kidnappings, they provide a means for the Big Three to act on their respective intel without retribution.

MTF Delta-5 (“Front Runners”): Although failing to live up to its original vision, Delta-5 provides the most accurate data out of any task force. They infiltrate GoIs and provide the Foundation with information on potential SCPs to ensure the smoother execution of containment procedures if said object is brought into containment. While more standard organizations are within reach, most GoIs fall into the category of cults, which the Ethics Committee has deemed too unsafe. It remains to be seen if Delta-5 can grow when it has one arm tied behind its back.

MTF Iota-10 (“Damn Feds”): Responsible for the infiltration of law enforcement agencies around the world, Iota-10 has been the most active and useful task force in the intelligence community. Placed in strategic positions, the Foundation has a strong hand when it comes to Iota-10. If it's in government custody, it's Iota-10’s job to bring it into Foundation control. It remains to be seen how long they can remain undetected.

MTF Titan-1 (“Off the Books”): A rather new but experienced task force, Titan-1 focuses on unconventional means to disarm GoIs. While not completely within the intelligence sphere, Titan-1 carries out heavy intelligence operations against the most threatening GoIs and monitors suspected members in order to better carry out their missions.

MTF Nu-15 (“Stormtroopers”): Born of the pleas of Titan-1, Nu-15 is the newest and strangest addition to the Foundation's intelligence arm. While most task forces have multiple objectives, Nu-15 has one: the obliteration of the Chaos Insurgency. Masters of asymmetrical warfare, Nu-15 is the Insurgency's own "Insurgency," using their own tactics against them. Both providing and acting on intel, they finally give the Foundation a means to defend itself from the Insurgency.

Global Occult Coalition: The new and strong kid on the block. In the beginning, external intelligence circles ran rings around the GOC before the Coalition suddenly got on its feet. Now, the GOC carefully watches the shadows move on the wall. Overly cautious but with enough firepower to back it, the war can be played in its favor…

PNEUMA: The GOC's main intelligence division. Their job is to provide the Coalition with accurate intelligence and support on-site strike teams in their efforts. Unlike other organizations, PNEUMA operates under heavy oversight to ensure complete loyalty to the Fivefold Mission. Mistakes have been made before.

INSEC: The internal security division of PNEUMA. They serve as the backbone of the entire Coalition, ensuring officers are held to the highest standards. They also operate as a counterintelligence force, removing external elements that have become embedded.

EXSEC: The external security division of PNEUMA. EXSEC operates in the shadows of world governments and rogue occult organizations. They go where it is considered too dangerous or too high-profile for Assessment Teams to go. Their reporting has allowed the Coalition to rapidly respond to any government that seeks to weaponize the occult.

Assessment Strike Teams: Teams belonging to the PHYSICS Division. They are the bread and butter of the Coalition's intelligence work. Working in more standard environments, they perform surface-level intel operations rather than deep cover. Their efforts allow the more conventional strike teams to operate more efficiently and safely.

VUDCI: A rather unique mystery in the intelligence world. Their inner workings are unknown — a rare feat in this line of work. What is known, however, is their reputation: mercenaries working for the highest bidder. For the right price, they can do anything — intel work, assassinations, black market dealings, raids — anything is on the table. Some say they have their roots in a far larger organization
